I’m sure experiences will vary, but mine wasn’t worth the hype. Got some al pastor and a cabeza. After ordering I noticed the Al Pastor Trompo (spit) wasn’t on and they just gridled the meat instead so it lacked the signature char flavor. The tortillas aren’t made in house and the salsas were pretty underwhelming.

I don’t get the hype. The tacos are good, but they’re not worth a 45 min wait in a sketchy Safeway parking lot.
I’ve been a few times and it’s always taken nearly an hour to get some tacos. Taco trucks are supposed to be quick! These guys are the opposite.
My first visit took 45 min between entering an order and receiving 4 tacos.
My second visit was at 6:30pm. They say they open at 6pm… that’s not the case. They weren’t ready until about 6:45 and then took another 20 min to make a few tacos.
I don’t know how they’re still in business.

It’s hard to accurately depict just how fantastic these tacos are. Easily the best I’ve had in the PNW – we tried al pastor, cabeza, Lengua. All of which were 10/10. For reference, when we arrived there was already a crowd of people from all walks of life eagerly waiting and ordering. That should be a testament to the quality and flavors in of itself. The salsa and sides are self serve to containers or baggies and are all fresh and vibrant flavors. Prices are fantastic (inexpensive), and i am under the impression the tortillas are made fresh because you cannot fake that kind of flavor and texture out of a plastic bag.

Best tacos around! Al pastor five stars, and add in the salsa and toppings bar? Six stars. They accept credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and cash. Added bonus of someone selling desserts out of their van right next door. Fine dining as it should be.

This spot did not disappoint. Once I saw the trompo de pastor I knew that I was in for a treat. The meat is seasoned great and there is an amazing salsa bar with all of the toppings to make for great tacos. Each taco was only $3 and they were hearty portions of pastor.

The hype is real. These tacos are amazing. I’m Mexican and I approve them. I tried tripa, pastor y suadero tacos. I also had a pastor quesadilla to go (a giant one). I love that they give a large bag with salsas, onion, cilantro, cucumbers and limes. We arrived right at 7 pm and people were already getting in line. I never seen people getting in line to get tacos but I get it. They are so good and I hope they stay around many years.

great tacos & hard to find flavors like suadero. good value and big salsa bar. i recommend coming earlier because they run out of stuff towards the end, also the quesadillas although delicious are huge and hot/greasy i recommend just waiting to get home to try them. also shoutout to them i messed up and dropped my tacos and they remade them <3

best al pastor tacos in the city. lengua. tripa, asada were normal. cash only or p2p. no place to sit down and eat. love the fresh self-serve salsa and toppings bar. come when they open so there’s less of a wait or lines.

Closest we’ve found to authentic tacos in the Seattle area. Good, but not great.
Take cash or pay with an app.
