Biking nearby with my daughter, and saw a review stating ‘better than crumbl’… Confirmed.
Cookies, ice cream, plus an Americano for me – and seating! Also cheerful and helpful staff. Oh and they had a GF cookie option as well – Loaded Peanut butter!
Highly recommend the tart berry crumbl ice cream – surprisingly good.

Upon visiting Pennsylvania, I always make it a point to stop by Taylor Chip; I was pleased to find a location in York and acquired a 6 pack of their tasty cookies. The lone guy working the store on January 14th was very helpful and friendly!

I’ve been a huge fan and supporter of Taylor Chip since they started out. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill as they have expanded over the years. My most recent trip was to redeem a free half dozen from point accumulation. I’ll just say that I’m glad I didn’t pay money for them and it will likely be my last visit. There were only 6 larger sized cookies available for the free half dozen due to their new change in cookie size, so the options were limited but I got one of each. They were awful. Every cookie tasted the same as the next and had a weird flavor to it. Everyone at the gathering they were shared at agreed. Despite being warm when we got them, as they cooled they were hard as a rock and almost inedible. Very disappointing.

My wife and I stopped by this location at the end of date night after hearing about how great the cookies were. They had a day old taste to them and definitely not worth the steep price of $4-$5 for a cookie. I contacted their corporate hoping to be welcomed back with replacement cookies and was told no. They said that staff are always able to warm the cookies up a bit so they taste more fresh. A good suggestion but doesn’t help us now because we’re still out $30-$40 that was spent on sub-par cookies. Minimalist lobby, substandard cookies but friendly staff. Save yourself the trouble and visit Crumbl in West York or Nothing Bundt Cakes right down the road from Taylor Chip.

Friendly staff is always a plus to me. The two locations that I have been to for this company, still have yet to fail on that one. As for the products themselves, there is a good variety and the bonus: they keep them around for a while! So you have plenty of time to check them out and also spread the word a little so that your friends and family can enjoy something sweet too. (There’s even a few seasonal ones available throughout the year!)
I’d also like to mention that they make fantastic cookie cakes. I have made it a yearly tradition to get one for my birthday and to let my kids choose between getting one of their cakes or a DQ cake.Two years in a row now, they both have chosen a Taylor Chip cookie cake.

Traveled up from Baltimore to The York store for their “ice cream Grand opening”. Honestly, the ice cream was fantastic. Cookies are amazing (as always)! We had a great time up there! Had the opportunity to chat with Co-CEO Doug and he was amazing every step of the way! He asked our opinions and was very open with what feedback was given during their release. 10/10 recommend supporting this business that’s ran by great people!

My daughter loves Taylor Chip cookies, especially the S’mores and Cookies ‘n Cream flavors. I really like their cookies with peanut butter inside.
Recently, I decided to try their ice cream. I am not preferring their ice cream flavors because both of the flavors that I tried tastes like Butter, even their chocolate ice cream. I looked up why this might be happening online and have included what it said may be happening to make it taste that way.

My experience was amazing. It was my first time visiting the establishment, I would definitely return. I got 6 cooked , that were extremely good ! We love gooey cookies in this household. The staff were very helpful. We were not a fan of the peanut butter sauce that was put on time of the chocolate peanut butter cookie but the rest were amazing. A little pricey ($25 for 6 cookies) but overall it was delicious

I highly recommend these for your cookies! I use to go to their Intercourse location and order online, but since York has open I will be able to do pickup! Pricey yes, but completely worth it! I’m super excited to continue tasting all of their addicting !
