I guess if you like veggies and pay $6.99, this is all the lettuce that they can spare to give you at a quarter to 11am on a Wednesday. I would rather be told that they didn’t have enough lettuce for The Veggie. Very disappointing!

I have gone to JJ’s for over 20 years. This is the only store that does not taste like the original JJ’s. The bread and meat did not taste right. I don’t think I will go back to this shop.

I order delivery every week. They do good if you just get combo but if you add extra cookie or extra chip something is often missing. They are good about sending someone back with it if you call but I don’t like waisting gas and time. I love the food. Seem they need someone to double check orders before sending out. Once or twice would be big deal but it’s happened almost every order.

Delivery arrived incomplete and it took an additional hour to get the balance of the order. The unwich was made with rotten lettuce and was a sloppy inedible mess. Tried submitting a complaint through the website but received no response.

Bread was stale, pop machine was empty, asked for them to cut sandwich and they did not. When we asked for them to cut it again they accused us of not asking in the first place.
