I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this place! I assumed that this was going to just be a bar that also served Mexican food, but I was wrong! The food is delicious and it is served quickly!

We stopped for lunch on our long drive back home from DC to GA!
The atmosphere is festive, cozy and there were a few groups at the restaurant.
Not giving all stars because the service was slow. We ordered a guac which came in 5 min
But the food took quite a bit to come to the table.
Taste was good. I would have loved some salad or some fresh greens on the plate.
Overall, it was a good place.

Loved this place! Four of us went to dinner, each getting something entirely different from the menu and we all cleaned our plates. The decor and music were fun, the drinks were all amazing, and the salsas and guacamole were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. Lynchburg is lucky to have an option that is a little extra special from the norm – I would encourage anyone visiting or longtime residents to try Uno Mas.

If you don’t know the difference between Tex-Mex and REAL Mexican dishes, then take a trip to Uno Mas. Authentic Mexican food from all parts of this vast country full of flavor. I love the molé enchiladas pictured here… the food is FLAVORFUL not over seasoned or over spiced. No free chips, but the prices are very good. Bring a friend to share.

I had the Maria Bonita dish, and it was absolutely delicious! The homemade tortilla made all the difference, and the mole sauce was next-level—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. If you’re a fan of dessert, the Dulce de cake is a must-try—moist, sweet, and the perfect way to end the meal.
The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and even though the restaurant was packed, the service was still excellent—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The Mexican street corn wasn’t my favorite, but my wife really enjoyed it, so it’s worth a try if you like that style.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

We’ve been picking new places in walking distance, so far we’ve had this 3 times now, and everytime is delicious. Definitely recommend! Street corn is the best ive ever had from a Mexican restaurant. Alcohol drinks are 1000000% a must! Very strong especially for the price. We havent had 1 bad thing yet. We’ve had their Chipotle burrito all 3 times(10/10), Chile colorado(10/10), street corn(12/10), appetizer nachos (messy but 10/10). Give this cute restaurant a try!

One of my favorite spots in Lynchburg. The food is great, drinks are exceptional, staff is friendly and attentive all in a relaxing atmosphere. Can’t recommend this place enough. My go to dish is the mole enchiladas and fav drink is probably a tie btw the espresso martini and apple cinnamon margarita.

My boyfriend and I both got different variants of mild food poisoning. We both got various tacos, which were great. However, we have determined that the digestive discomfort is from either the guac or margaritas.
Aside from the food, the service was less than acceptable. We had to flag our server down 4 separate times. Totally understand flagging your server down once on a Friday night, but after that, it shouldn’t have to happen again.
Safe to say that we were disappointed and will not be going back.

I heard really great things about this restaurant so decided to give it a try. I took my three kids here and all of us walked away happy and full! My 6-year-old said the french fries were 10 out of 10! The white macaroni was a big hit and I loved the El Chavo! Prices were fantastic. Service was exceptional. We will be back!!
