HUGE shoutout to Thomas, the manager at Zaxby’s!!! I came by for lunch yesterday they were extremely busy and short staffed, yet he never once let that affect the quality of service. Thomas was incredibly friendly, apologized for the wait, and went out of his way to make sure our food was fresh, hot, and perfectly accurate. That kind of leadership and customer care is rare these days. He truly turned a hectic rush into an amazing experience. OH AND HE HAS AN AMAZING RADIO VOICE!!! Zaxby’s is lucky to have him—THANK YOU, Thomas!

Happy this one opened up closer to home. Food is always fresh, hot and tasty. Have ordered several times now and no issues with quality or accuracy. I always do take out. Sometimes the staff gets caught up chatting and doesn’t see a guest for a moment or 2 but that happens from time to time. Friendly on the whole. Atmosphere…its a Zaxby’s. Nothing amazing but clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Lunchtime is a nightmare!! I work around the corner from this location and when they first opened up, it was pretty great but now it’s total chaos!! Every single time I place an order online I check and something is wrong. The last time I went in was the last straw for me… I ordered online and then picked up through the drive-through and I had two sauces with meals and then paid for an additional three more sauces And not a single sauce was in my bag. So I had to park and walk into the chaotic store and wait in line for another 10 minutes only for the lady to give me an attitude because She obviously Couldn’t read a receipt correctly! I had to walk her through my order and tell her how many sauces I needed and then she handed me a small bag with sauce and the ones that I paid for were in small portion

25 cents extra. When her coworker Asked her about the order she really said “she told me she didn’t get enough sauce “I really wanted to yell no, I didn’t get any sauce! And I actually paid for extra ! No apologies from staff or much concern. They’re all just running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off (yes, pun intended) Additionally, when I get my order back to work, the fries are always soggy and the food just never seems consistent. I will drive further to a different location before I ever go back to this one and that’s pretty unfortunate since me and my coworkers would have placed orders at this location at least once or twice a week.

I ordered a kickin chicken meal with hot honey mustard instead of the other sauces they put on it.. there is not type of sauce on my food and the fries are soggy and cold!! I’m so disappointed

Be careful these guys are crooks, if you order a combo they automatically upsize it charging 1 dollar more. I complained to corporate and received a feedback call from the Zaxby’s location I visited. Her first line was yeah I received your complaint, and continued to insist that the upcharge was something I did. I clearly asked for a wings and things combo, no upsize. However you can see that I was upcharged

Food is great if it is not lunchtime rush. Wings are cool and slightly over cooked. Which makes skin tough and chicken dry.

I consistently have a problem with my orders when I come here. I have had to come in to get me order corrected several times. The customer service here is none existent. You can ask a question to someone in the drive thru and they will turn their back and walk off. Making you have to tell to get their attention. Avoid this location at all cost.

The shrimp in the surface and turf is way over done. The shrimp was also cooked in the same oil as the chicken, which is illegal due to food allergies. How do I know that it was cooked in the same old chicken oil, because shrimp does not taste like chicken.
Change the burnt up oil and have a designated fryer for seafood. Can’t believe that I am saying this because I thought it would be great, but stick to chicken and fries.
