The food was so good, an amazing place to go after a workout, everything was fresh and delicious, the employees were friendly and patient with me, especially because it was my first time. Everything was nearly organized and the overall experience was amazing. My only issue was with the bathroom because there was a bit of a smell but besides that I would decently go back.

I got the chicken Alfredo and it was nasty not creamy at all , use to be very good and plenty of Alfredo sauce on top it was kinda hard on to like a crust, not good.. maybe it was that location.. also ask for some Alfredo sauce and didn’t get it, said they were out..

I regret tipping in advance. Shouldn’t take over 40 minutes for an app order to be done when I watched countless people walk in and get their food before me. Also, male employee with longer medium brown hair in a ponytail feels like it’s appropriate to work with an AirPod in his ear. All while telling me the family meal I ordered counts as a catering meal (which is not listed that way in the app and is 100% not a catering order) and would take significantly longer because of that.

We have always enjoyed this Goodcents location until recently. It must have changed ownership/management. The last few times that we’ve been in, we’ve experienced numerous errors in preparing our order and/or checking out. About 1/2 of the light bulbs in the restaurant have been burned out for months. When we were there last week there was a terrible smell in the entire restaurant. We almost left before ordering, but decided to take our food to go to get away from the smell. Unfortunately, this location now appears to be run down and uncared for. Because of the last smelly experience, we won’t be going back.

We rate the bathrooms 4 stars. It needed to be renovated, and cleaned. But, there food is amazing, and they got all of our orders right. They gave us free cookies and everyone was super friendly.

Every time I go into this place to order right off of Shawnee mission parkway the person that cuts the meat is very rude and unfriendly. Makes you feel like you’re not wanted there. I go there because I like their sandwiches but don’t like the way I’m treated. Always the same.

I love Mr. Goodcents and hate that there are none in my current state. I always make at least two stops at Mr Goodcents when traveling in KS. The bread is amazing and love how the meat is sliced fresh for each sandwich. All toppings are quality ingredients and staff is always friendly. For me, it really is about the soft, freshly baked bread and generous servings. Will continue to be a fan and make this one if my first stops whenever I’m in town.

Extremely rude customer service by the guy who made my sandwiches. He clearly hates his job. The girl at the register was friendly. Food was good. There are plenty of other sub restaurants to choose from. I will choose a friendlier one next time.

The customer service while I was ordering my sandwiches was awful. The lady was rude, inconsiderate and rushing. I will never order frthis location again. Also they refuse to do a delivery because I have cash, not card. ALSO not sure when they stopped making soups so that was a complete let down. Jimmy John’s here we come! Jimmy John’s never lets me down, I should have known better than to even try to order from goodcents. This is the second time I’ve called and each time was worst than the last. MAJOR THUMB DOWN FOR THIS RESTAURANT. The goodcents in Mission is much better all around.

I’ve loved this location for 15+ years, always excellent customer service! Tonight took the cake though. I was working late and wanted to grab a quick dinner, I placed my order through the app, hoping to make it easier on the workers since it was close to closing. I ended up accidently sending it to Midland location, which I felt so bad about! The worker called and cancelled for me, and made my order, I didn’t catch either of their names but the two guys working Saturday night, August 11th did a wonderful job!! They were very friendly, and just to top it off, my sandwich was delicious!! Wish there was a tip jar to give them a tip!
