I’ve eaten here many times. It has wonderful food!!! The views are beautiful and the outdoor seating is fun too, and there’s an outdoor bar during certain times of the year. I threw my sister’s wedding shower here in October.-we had seasonal food, which was wonderful and the crabcakes were very good. Devon, the owner really cares about the restaurant and does a very good job. He was very helpful during then planning the shower and he worked really hard – as did the rest of his staff. We did a bloody Mary mimosa bar for an Italian themed shower. It’s a beautiful place. I highly recommend planning dinner event events here, but I would definitely keep it under 50 people. Also, the wine list is great and unique. And if you aren’t sure of a suggestion, they always helped me pick just the right bottle.

AMAZING food and great service. For an appetizer we had the deconstructed smoked salmon arancini. For entrees, my father had the Scallops. My mom had the salmon. And I had the crab cake sandwich. All of them were awesome. However, my mom did not like the green beans (the cooked veggies). They were not hot. For dessert we shared the Tuxedo Bombé, which was amazing and we wished we had had 2.

The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I went on a trivia night and it was super fun—they’re always organizing activities for their customers, which makes the experience even better. 10/10.
The food is delicious as well. The only small observation is that I visited during winter and the place felt quite cold inside, even in the restroom, but it wasn’t a big issue.
The view is beautiful, and lastly, they always have great promotions and deals. Definitely a 10/10 experience overall.

Harper’s Waterfront accommodated a huge favor- an engagement! With very little time to plan the manager and owner were absolutely wonderful in jumping right in and helping every way they could to make this happen. The food was delicious, the staff was amazing.. It was the most perfect evening all around. So thankful for all the staff at Harper’s!

Came here on a Thursday night around 5:00 p.m. It was completely empty when I arrived, but by 6:30 the place was packed with live music. Great vibe on the water. Had to steam shrimp, tuna and salmon pokey apps. Also enjoyed a watermelon crush!

This is a great Annapolis locals favorite. The atmosphere is spectacular and dining with friends, lovers, or family is always a good time. I love their outside dock bar. Whether you come by land or sea, there is always plenty of parking. Prices are moderate for Annapolis, but the atmosphere makes up for everything.

My son and i had lunch here and we absolutely loved it. Very relaxing vibe with view of the marina specially if your seated outdoors. The steak was cooked to perfection and the veggies were flavorful, which are usually the forgotten side dish. The crab soup was delicious and very flavorful. They were also very generous with the crab meat. And the mussels were tasty. Be advised the restaurant is located inside a private community so don’t get discouraged when you see the gate guards. Just let them know you’re going to the restaurant and they will let you in.

Stopped by for drinks and appetizers. The cocktails were creative and tasty. The food came out fast and was good. There was plenty of seating inside and out. Nice waterfront views, especially with outdoor seating. There is a bar at the outside seating. Parking can be tight during peak hours.

I attended a sparkling wine dinner last week at this facility and what a little gem this place turned out to be! Venue is quaint and inviting; Service was stellar! Everyone was so genuinely kind!
The regular menu boasts perfected versions of seafood staples. For the dinner, guests had the pleasure of experiencing the range of Chef Matt’s craft, as he wowed guests with plates featuring veal, filet mignon, and scallops. I have never encountered a Chef who personally comes out to talk to us about each course, but his detailed relayal made the food feel far more personal and relevant to its designated wine pairing. Bravo to Chef Matt!
Will definitely venture back out here to enjoy a bayside dinner and watch the sunset. Useful advice: this venue is located inside a Marina. Be prepared to approach a parking tenant and be sure to ask about the location of the restaurant because GPS gets funky in this realm as well. You’ll need to know which direction to go in!
