We were in Sparta in July and planned on going there but they were closed. Their hours or operations are an issue.

Wow, such a great spot. Stellar entrees, appetizers, and superb service.
Stopped in for dinner right after they opened, it looked slow, but that was a good thing. Food was out quick, service was amazing, we left happy.
Get the shrimp appetizer for sure. We tried the spinach and artichoke dip and that was right on too.
Give it a try, certainly one of the best places in the area for sure.

What a pleasant experience. The building has housed several restaurants in the past. They have redone the place so it’s much quieter and have white tablecloths and napkins. There is now a separate bar area with a tv..
The food was presented beautifully and was delicious. Kylee brought rolls and our drinks in goblet glassware. We selected salads one house and one a Ceasars. I had steak and scallops kabobs with a bourbon sauce and mash potatoes. My husband had Carolina chicken and Mac and cheese. She returned to check on us a few times. Decor has pictures and paintings of our Blue Ridge Mountains. All of this and reasonably priced. We will plan to return.

It’s been 2 years since I’ve been back in Sparta but I knew without a doubt I wanted to go check out North Flow Steakhouse & Tavern. From the moment we walked thru the door we were welcomed into a beautiful environment that felt upscale but also like home. From the gorgeous mural nod to the blue ridge to the aesthetic seating and decor. Within moments we had fresh bread with homemade cinnamon butter and never saw the bottom of our glasses. The service was exceptional throughout our entire meal. Then when our food came I was thrilled to see a perfectly cooked and seasoned steak with homemade sides as well. I live right outside of Charlotte and the steaks I have had there for over double the price don’t hold a candle to the steak I had tonight. Garrison Wagoner has created a fine dining experience at an affordable price point. So thrilled to see Sparta finally have a steakhouse that exceeds expectations. Great job y’all!

Outstanding place, very clean and well done. Enjoyed a couple of non-famous draft IPA’s, the shrimp appetizer (yes, tails still on but hidden, lol), a Caesar salad, and a perfectly cooked Ribeye with the sweet potato waffle fries. Added the lava cake to top the evening off. Service was spot on, prompt, charming, and attentive, but not annoyingly hovering… Would absolutely visit again. Thanks you guys!

Good food and clean bathrooms. The lights were a little interesting as the tables are not directly under them. The service is friendly and they make sure you are taken care of.
