Bad service terrible customer service it seems like all they want to do is sit outside and smoke a cigarette cause every time I pull up that’s what they are doing. Then they run inside when they see a car pull up at the drive through. Need to improve a lot. New owners need to do more please. I like taco johns. But I WILL NOT GO THERE UNLESS THEY MAKE BIGGER AND BETTER CHANGES. Im saying this for their own good.

They have one guy who is SO NICE AND SO FUNNY!!!! I love seeing him there! My son’s order is VERY specific and they get it right with a smile every time!!! I’ll wait in line when they only have one person cooking because the customer service is that good!

We ordered a crunchy meat and potato burrito with no tomatoes and a taco with a prickly pear drink. We ordered 2 more tacos. The guy taking the order left the instructions of no lettuce instead of tomatoes. So they had to start over as there is an allergy to tomatoes. They had to be reminded to fix the drink and it seemed to have too much syrup. When the order was brought out they lacked one taco that had been ordered and we realized we hadn’t even been charged for it. The person taking the order didn’t seem to be listening carefully to the order. It might help if he repeated back the order so it could be corrected before it was made.

Been here twice, both times the service was slower than a mongoloid trying to do calculous and both times we were the only ones here. They also had all the sauces put away in the middle of the day. I guess next time I’ll give runza a try

Holy salt. Just a bad experience all around. My lemonade was soda water, yuck. Didn’t have menu items available because their grill was broke. Way way way too much salt on the food. The churro was good. And the icing was the poor customer service.

Whatever you do..do not eat here. Turn around and head to Runza or Subway and save your money and your heart. This place it disgustingly dirty and service is horrible. Waited in line over 20mins for one meal, would have been longer if the two cars in front of me didn’t drive off without their food. Maybe it was God’s way of telling me don’t eat that crap. Called them on my way to Runza to tell them I had left and all I got was “sorry, we’ll be here tomorrow!” I’m sure they will still be there and probably still working on my order.

Wow! So I pull up to the speaker and the gal says….”wait a minute”. Its bad enough she said that and then I noticed 1 other car in line. How sad. I pulled up to the window after waiting 5 minutes to order and she opens the window looking at me with a blank stare….I said “how much is it?” Then she tells me…..wow. Like i’m supposed to know. No please no thank you…just takes my money and hands me my food. GET HER OFF THE WINDOW….SHE IS KILLING YOUR SALES! I’ll never go there again. I wouldn’t even have given it one star but I had to to publish this.

Employees lack work ethic for a food service industry. Not attentive to customers or doing their job. Dining area needed cleaned, instead all employees either sat at a table or did nothing. Food was ok.
