I ordered chicken Doritos nachos for $5 got like 12 Doritos with absolutely no chicken, only nacho sauce. I eat here at least once a week for lunch at work every other time they usually fail to do the special instructions I leave (slicing my sandwich into quarters) although it’s never bothered me enough to leave a review and/or complain as it usually takes much for me to do so but today I called because of the fact I payed $5 for soggy chips and cheese and all I got was a sorry, no refund, no future discount, nothing. Lazy employees under a great manager. Walmart Subway is 10x better.

Ordered online, and used the tracker. Never said it was ready, I go in and ask and they said we dont use that. I asked when was the sandwich made, they said 45 mins ago as soon as it was placed. The sandwich was cold a d soggy, I ask them to remake or even heat up, they refused. And refused to let me speak to a manager, I called the Walmart Subway and they said oh bring the sandwich here amd we will re toast it. I said thats so unsanitary and definitely a health violation. Then blamed me for not waiting in store for the order. If you order online its probably because you dont have all day to wait in store. This service is crap and disappointing. I hope a real manager reaches out to fix this.

Was scammed out my money, ordered a wrap and got it rolled up the wrong way. Like if I ask for a 12” wrap I want it 12” not rolled up the other way with half as much toppings. Out of the many subways I’ve been at in multiple states I’ve never in my life seen someone wrap it that way. Like isn’t there a training video or something ?!? Was bs too because they charged like 13 bucks for it too and it ain’t have anything extra on it or didn’t have any sides or nothing. Literally just straight scamming me.

Horrible service don’t order from
here. The manager is rude and yelled at me for correcting him on making my sandwich. I had two mobile orders that was supposed to be ready 15 min prior to me arriving and i was okay with that. So i watched him make it as he skipped over my veggies and told me like me ordering “more olives” on the app was too much. and showed me the sign of how much olives i can get. I didn’t know they get paid on veggie quantity. But yeah he yelled at me while i was talking and i’m constantly asking him “ what’s wrong with you “ it’s 9am btw and he’s in a pissy mood. Evil energy, evil soul, nasty spirit. needs to be replaced.

Refused to take the coupon, first said it could only be a specific menu when the coupon shows what it excludes. Then he told me they don’t participate in these coupons. I told them I live in Warrensburg and it was literally mailed to me. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO NOT DO THEIR JOB

I ordered a The Beast & asked to switch the roast beef for pepperoni.. Making the sandwich a double pepperoni & no roast beef — they first told me I cannot do this, but this is my order every time I go to (any) Subway! I’ve also made this order at this specific location before.
I ended up getting charged full price with neither roast beef nor extra pepperoni. I had to explain twice to the employee that I just wanted to substitute more pepperoni for the roast beef.
I don’t really know how I could’ve been more clear about this, & I hate to be “that” customer — but genuinely disappointed!! Not a fan of paying full price for something that didn’t even contain the original meat quantity.

One of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had. I went to the grocery last week. While I’m speaking with a female employee about her job, the manager engages in some inappropriate behavior and language. I didn’t even understand because he was speaking in his own language. I went to pay the bill after that. I inquired about the tip box and whether you would receive the money. She replied that the owner would always steal our money. I felt that was ridiculous. How is he going to get the tip? He is unaware that tips are only for employees, not for the owners. I would surely complain if I were in her shoes. I’m not sure why she was so quiet. Finally, I tipped it into her hands. Everyone is asked not to put their tip in the tip box. Because the selfish owner takes the tip. Please distribute it to your employees.
