(Also they refused to cancel my order and I didnt take the sandwich. It was left there)
here. The manager is rude and yelled at me for correcting him on making my sandwich. I had two mobile orders that was supposed to be ready 15 min prior to me arriving and i was okay with that. So i watched him make it as he skipped over my veggies and told me like me ordering “more olives” on the app was too much. and showed me the sign of how much olives i can get. I didn’t know they get paid on veggie quantity. But yeah he yelled at me while i was talking and i’m constantly asking him “ what’s wrong with you “ it’s 9am btw and he’s in a pissy mood. Evil energy, evil soul, nasty spirit. needs to be replaced.

• Employee charged me full price, & I didn’t even get the full sandwich…
I ordered a The Beast & asked to switch the roast beef for pepperoni.. Making the sandwich a double pepperoni & no roast beef — they first told me I cannot do this, but this is my order every time I go to (any) Subway! I’ve also made this order at this specific location before.
I ended up getting charged full price with neither roast beef nor extra pepperoni. I had to explain twice to the employee that I just wanted to substitute more pepperoni for the roast beef.
I don’t really know how I could’ve been more clear about this, & I hate to be “that” customer — but genuinely disappointed!! Not a fan of paying full price for something that didn’t even contain the original meat quantity.
Update after reading other reviews, I order here weekly if not more and have NEVER had a bad experience, I don’t condone slander at my fave subway
