While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco’s delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way – on our signature open-flame grills – then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Chino, CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.
Fast-food chain outpost known for Mexican classics made with fire-grilled chicken.

Did not get my flour tortillas, no salad dressing, chicken was so dry & this was today 11/11 @ 1:15 pm, salad was brown! Discussing!!!! I tried calling to complain but they didnt answer!!
This is not the first time , don’t waists your time @ money going there!!!!!
I have not had one good meal here. For being a new place it should have better standards.
This is the last time I will waste my money at this place.
-I waited 10 minutes just to place my order (nobody was in line in front of me).
-It took 8 minutes to get my food after placing my order.
-They gave me the wrong item (I ordered an overstuffed birria Quesadilla and was given a burrito).
I didn’t have any more time to lose, as I was on my lunch break, but the only credit I’ll give them is that someone figured out there was a mistake & I was eventually given the right item, but by then, I was already halfway done with the burrito. Chips that came with my order were few (I counted 7).
What really makes me mad is that I’m pretty sure it was the manager who took my order, and never at any point was I given an apology or thanked for waiting, by him or anyone else. It’s as if they either didn’t acknowledge what had happened or didn’t care. Won’t be coming here again.
There was no one working the counter. I had to order my family’s meal on a computer. They don’t have people taking the order.
The prices are going up and you are cutting jobs, that’s pretty mean. Cutting jobs to fire humans and replacing them with computers and still raising the price is just greed in full force I feel.
