I have tried to give this place a chance so many times! They do not make my drink right ever, all I want is extra carmel in my frap, I even tell them I will pay double but they charge and never deliver, I usually go to the target one because they are awesome and actually put extra In my cup. I call that being a thief, especially when I pay eighty cents for extra caramel and get nothing.

Not enough friendly staff and they aren’t accommodating. Can gladly say I haven’t been back in almost a year. I would rather drop a boulder on my toe than to return to such a toxic environment.

Maybe it’s my imagination, but I don’t think I’ve been in a Starbucks where I needed to shave after ordering a drink. It took so long that I was late to an appointment.
Anyone who reads my reviews knows I rarely have anything to say about a Starbucks being less than 5 stars, but what the hell. Several people behind the counter and they were stacking up mobile orders at the counter. 75% of which were still there when I finally got my order.

The staff worded hard to get the orders out but I noticed they messed up on a few orders, including mine. They prioritized the drive through line to get them out quick while having a lobby of 17 people waiting an average of 18 minutes. Noone is perfect but if you are in a rush, stay in your vehicle, it will be much faster.

Slowest Starbucks in the world. Ordered a coffee, aged 3 years, reflected on my life choices, and then it was ready. If you don’t mind a 30-minute wait for caffeine, this is your place.

I ordered one drink and I didn’t even get it because it took them over 30 mins to get to me and I was sitting at the window for 10 minutes no one came for payment there was a girl just walking back and forth. I finally just had to leave because if i didn’t I would of been late to work

Me and my mom came here around 10am 9/5/25, the baristas on shift were so nice, they worked fast and they were well staffed. The store was clean and a nice environment, I was greeted and asked who my order was for as soon as I walked through the door. Their customer service was a very big step up from the one near me.

I love the new pecan oatmilk cortado!
Service was friendly, but so, so slow. There was only one car ahead of us and it took almost 10 minutes before we were able to pull up to the window, and then it was another 5 minutes before we got our two drinks.

Love this location. They know you by name and if you don’t switch up your drink order constantly like myself, they’ll remember it. They get very busy and there can be long waits but that is no fault of their own.
