Doesn’t make sense the way the mobile line and regular drive thru is set up. If people have to wait for their food, you could already have yours, and you still have to wait in the drive up line for other people to get theirs! Not a good system in West Chester

I’m working a graduation here, came for lunch. 1. Didn’t realize it’s in the food court. 2. You have to pay for parking just to get to it. 3. I pay, walk there & they tell me it’s closed for the summer despite not saying that on Google maps… 4. No one can validate my parking… Thanks for wasting my lunchtime & money. Please make this clearly on external sites. This was super frustrating.

This is a campus Chick-fil-A and serves a limited selection from the menu. The food is not to bad however it is not the usual quality from a regular store. It is also a self service so the food sits there until you pick it up meaning the food could have been sitting there for half an hour. This cause the sandwiches to become soggy. While being quick and convenient a trip to a stand-alone is definitely favorable.

Substandard in comparison to other “mall”-based or similar Chick-Fil-A locations, which is actually unusual given the standards to which I know Corporate holds franchisees. Often stops serving lemonade and sweet tea, their only two CFA-specific drinks (since they do not offer coffee nor shakes), and I have at times received fries that are cold or soggy and filets with breading peeling off.
At this time they are still Grubhub pickup orders exclusively, and require you to arrive and tap in on-site before your order enters the queue, a process that is immensely frustrating between 5-7 on weekdays (they are closed on weekends) when campus meal swipe redemptions peak and wait times can be over an hour from the time you arrive at Trabant and your order actually enters the queue.

This place genuinely is terrible. Overworked staff and incompetent managerial skills. They’ll take you order and give you an estimation that’s off by over 20 minutes. The order of completion is not based off the number your order is. They completely over book themselves so they can’t get food out on time. You’d save more time driving to a closer location.

Limited menu, pretty standard cheap chicken for a chain restaurant. Location works for college students who live in campus but you’ll pay more for parking than you will if you’re a local adult so not worth going to this location. Waffle fries are good though.

Of course it’s good chicken. That goes without saying. There is typically a bit of a wait for their sandwiches for some reason. The staff is kind but not the same level of courtesy you find at one of their restaurants.

Just started as a student and man is it worth it to go all the way to the mall for chicfila because they mess up everytime and slower than usual chicfilas. Cant get back in line because the line is 90 students long
