Walking by it was the sign outside that got me thinking twice. The menu and pictures became more interesting the more I kept looking at it. My curiosity was peaked, walked in, and I was expecting a small room. This place was huge with so much food choice. If you’re looking for a quick meal and a meal later for the oven. You will find this here. I didn’t get to try the pies. They did however looked good. I was talking to the cashier about the company. Vanessa was friendly and made the entire ordering process smooth. I ordered a sandwich and it was delicious. I would recommend coming here. If you have a taste for good ham, look no further. Payments come in the form of cash or credit cards.

Jennifer and her team did an awesome job catering our company lunch. We got a lunch box for each member of the team, over 60 boxes were all made perfectly, delivered with care, and delicious. We love using this location because of her great customer service and for always answering our questions and going above and beyond. Jennifer Hite supplied boxed lunches to my employees and made their day! It was quite the large order to prepare, but she handled it like a true professional and made sure everyone was taken care of! Each box was neatly packed with various croissant style sandwiches and all kinds of good sides, deserts and sauces. Not a week goes by where I’m not craving food from this place!

This was actually my first time as an adult coming to this store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and the staff made me feel welcome! I went for my clients so it was kinda late, maybe 15-20 minutes before they closed. There was 3-5 others in line, but the service was fast and friendly! They made sure I left happy, and my clients were so pleased with their meal for the holiday tomorrow! Amazing customer service and staff!! I would highly recommend this location! I actually live about 12-13 miles away, but I’m willing to drive back to this location just for the atmosphere and kindness. Quality food, and all around great experience! We often order the boxed lunches for company events. Recently, the order ended up being extremely late (about an hour if I remember correctly). However, Jennifer w/Honey Baked Ham gave me a call with a sincere apology and offered a discount on a future order.
Fast forward, we were placing another large order for an event. Jennifer gave us 50% off because of the previous experience & made sure to have Honey Baked deliver the order, rather than a 3rd party, to ensure it arrived on time.
I work in an industry where things sometimes go wrong. It is just a part of business. You can learn a lot about a business by the way they correct things when they do go wrong. I was very happy with the solution provided and we will continue to order from Honey Baked Ham.
