If I could give this damn place a negative star I would, we were there from Elko, Nevada ordered 116 dollars worth of food to bring home, and the girl that took our order was not happy about the big order. We get home 4 hrs later only to find out they didn’t give us our wings. All they gave us was corn! I am currently on the phone with them and the girl on the phone thinks this is funny as she keeps laughing and putting me on hold. I have now been on hold for 20 min, and nothing has been done! Gabby is the name on the bag, the manager Aileen just got one the phone and told me I am wasting her time and since we paid cash there is nothing they can do! I asked for the number to corporate and she said she did not have that information! I will call corporate and put in a complaint , as this is absolutely ridiculous!

Horrible and disgusting. Today I decided to get Wingstop after being with my newborn all day and haven’t made any dinner. I thought getting Wingstop three minutes up the street from me would be hasslefree and easy. I made my order online. It said it would be ready between 4 to 9 minutes. I arrive there Very quickly since I live up the street when I picked up my order, I was happy that it was already ready, but when I got home, my fries were soggy and cold. My wings were drenched in oil old and no dry rub at all. They did not look anything like a dry rub or Louisiana rub they looked like a mango habanero Without the flavor. Disgusted never again.

I ordered online for pickup. It is now 45 minutes past the time my order was promised and they are telling me it will be another 15 minutes. That is the third time they told me it would be 15 more minutes. There is a line out the door waiting for orders and no one at the registers. The order delivery people are frustrated are frustrated and angry. The staff all seem to hate their jobs. There is no manager here to guide the staff. Clearly, Sizzling Wings, LLC had no idea how to run a framchise.

Last night my order of boneless wings was the sorriest chicken Ives ever seen in my life. The cook either needs to be properly trained or get someone in that kitchen that knows what they’re doing. I would never in my life serve that to somebody & yes I’ve worked in many restaurants. Of course didn’t see it until already home ; what a joke. Wingstop do better. Never had this problem at any other in town. And the hot honey is supposed to be a dry rub seasoning this location can’t make those right at all I didn’t even touch the food I ate 1 chicken tender 2 boneless wings out of 20

The customer service NEEDS improvement, short older lady probably the reason she doesn’t wear a name tag and is so rude and using profanity towards the staff working with her. Complains about being busy and have absolutely no interest in your order. Food was nasty and soggy. As if the fries sat there for an hour. Honestly just avoid this location. I rather drive the extra 15 minutes to the one on pyramid!!!!!

Waited over 45 minutes for my food that I ordered online and the workers were rude and on their phones while there were tons of people waiting. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting, you could see oil leaking in the back and the floors were so dirty. When I finally got my food I noticed that they only gave me one fry when I had ordered two (I showed her the receipt for proof) and she refused to give it to me. I threw away the food and didn’t eat it because of how disgusting the restaurant was and how terribly rude the employees were. Listen to the other reviews when they advise you not to eat here. I will never return and am still waiting for a refund.

I agree with all of the 1 star reviews. This is the fourth time I’ve used this location, and the fourth time I’ve been severely disappointed. When you order online, definitely don’t pay any attention to the estimated ready time you’re given, it’s ALWAYS wrong, always. Order supposed to be ready at 8:13pm, I gave extra time and arrived at 8:23pm, only to not receive my order until 8:53pm. I received lukewarm and overcooked fries, absolutely no sauce on the mild wings, more flats than drums even after paying EXTRA for all drums, and soggy vegetables. Every single person in the waiting area was waiting on food greater than 30 minutes past the additional quoted wait time from when they arrived. Wingstop had never been good with quoting wait times, but this is absurd. Especially when they don’t even have a dining area to make excuses for the prolonged wait.

I’ve sat here for 30 minutes past the promise time went up for the second time to ask about my order, he went bag looked at the ticket line pulled one off and put it in a bag and then told me that “someone else took my order” a damn lie if I’ve ever seen one. They need to shut down and retrain the whole staff because they are all incompetent.
