Steaks were excellent. I had Poppy Sirloin rare and my dining companion had Poppy Sirloin medium well. Ranchero beans were spicy hot but good. Sautéed mushrooms and mashed potatoes were excellent. Our server Olivia was exceptionally pleasant. Very pleasant decor.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. we ordered the three meat BBQ platter and it fell short of our expectations. It was 6pm on Friday. The Ribs were dry and burnt. The pulled pork dry but Jalapeno Sausage was good. Salsa and Guac was delicious. Coleslaw sald was not really coleslaw…way too much mayonaise which is all I could taste.

We came in late in the evening and even though they were 30 min from closing the hostess and waitstaff we very courtious and acomidating. I ordered the Honey-apercot Chicken and not only was the chicken well cooked (but NOT dry) it was flavorful and filling. Abram (our waiter) was so helpful and sweet. If we get to come back through Childress we will definitely stop here again!

It was ok… nothing to write home about… but that could be part of them not putting gravy on the chicken fried steak or the mashed potatoes. Can’t get an order right makes the entire thing suck.
