Im a truck driver who stays in hotels. I have to place orders for delivery due to federal regulations based on how long i can drive. My food was wrong. They asked if i could come to store to pick up the replacement. I said no thats why i ordered delivery. They said they would have to give me a refund then. The first person i talked to was clearly foreign due to their accent and could not speak english properly. If they cant speak the language, how can they read and understand the language. Now i have to place another order through a different service and pay more delivery fees and tips to another delivery driver and wait another hour for food.

The employees working were incredibly kind and fast! I got off work and just stopped in to get some pizza and breadsticks and they were out in about 20 minutes. The food was also great. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews ): people are so unkind. They did great!

Pizza is up to standard… issue is the service is awful and they are slooooooow. If you don’t mind waiting an hour for a pizza then by all means. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This isn’t a one time bad experience. We have given them multiple tries since we live so close and every time it gets worse if you could believe it. Stay away!

LITERAL WORST EXPERIENCE AND PAPA JOHNS WILL LOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER… I’m in a semi truck and ordered delivery from this location. They messed up my order and the only thing they could say is I’m sorry we’ll offer an in store credit for half off. So that means I paid for the pizza yall messed up and then I have to pay half again when I reorder it. Not to mention I’M IN A SEMI TRUCK I cant just go pick it up I’d have to pay delivery fees and everything over again. And the best part the store credits are only for this store. Who knows when or if I’ll be around this location again. Save yourself time and headache and just order from a different chain after this papa johns won’t get my business anymore

Wings barely had any sauce on them and the pizza didn’t taste completely cooked. I don’t know if the closing staff was in a rush or what. The 3 stars are for completing my order for Uber within the 45 minutes of closing.

I got food poisoning from the pepperonis on the pizza. it was good the time, but i woke this morning and instantly felt ill. The making was fast though

It’s a One of the most worst Papa Johns in the entire IL. The guys who are working there awful. No respect towards customers and harsh. Mainly the guy with long hair. Very rude. Please don’t prefer this place. Even he is not hygienic. I saw he changed trash bags after that he didn’t wash his hands. If you want to get ill soon prefer this.

Other than the homeless man asking me for a Pepsi outside the place the experience was pretty good. The pizza tastes good and the workers were polite besides the homeless guy (who I’m pretty sure works there) I would definitely stop by for another pizza sometime
