Where are the chicken breasts and wings?!?! Why does this place have only drumsticks and thighs?!?! They do have good flavor chicken pieces and you can decide original or spicy, ehich comes with gravy. Get their pineapples drink and also their mango pineapple pies!! Both are delicious!! I’m not so sure about their spaghetti. I heard it was on the sweeter side. I don’t care for sweet spaghetti!! I had a minor problem with their meal deal combo. They had displayed outside and inside that combo comes with two sides. That’s not what I had got when I had ordered the combo. I had to pay extra for my two sides!! Minus a star for that!! 4 stars!!

I ordered takeout for pickup. My fried chicken were quite cold. I ordered half & half. My spicy chicken was not spicy enough. My original chicken was not crispy enough. Gravy was great. However, overall, the quality of fried chickens was just above average, I can’t say I want to buy this again and again. I hope they improve the quality of crispiness, flavors profile, taste and texture over time.

Today was a sad day , i order for my daughter the chicken sandwichbecause they dindt have original chicken you have to wait 40 minutes, the sandwich was so bad fry hard chickem a small piece just with a litte Mayo, 15$ come on ! And no ice in the soda machine , really bad Jollibee, we love the chicken before but today even the service was bad. I hope you guys fix this if you dont have chicken dont sell the sandwich over fry please for respect to the customer.

Had a great experience at Jollibee. The food was served hot and fresh, especially the Chickenjoy — crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Jolly Spaghetti was sweet and cheesy, just the way I like it.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean and comfortable. Service was fast even during peak hours.
Definitely one of my go-to comfort food spots. Highly recommended for families and friends.

Every time I mobile order for this location it’s always an extra 30 minute wait from the estimated pick up times. I wish they allowed more time in between orders so customers have a more accurate pick up time.

Original chicken is good, I didn’t find that the gravy enhanced it, the fried chicken is good enough on its own.
The spaghetti is not awful, but I would say that it’s an acquired taste. Spaghetti that sweet isn’t my preference.

I ordered 3 palabok fiesta by itself and 1 palabok fiesta with chicken in drive thru, but when i get to work i found out they gave me 3 palabok fiesta and a spaghetti by itself without any chicken.

However, I placed an online order for dinner December 24 and I understsnd the high demand during these times of the year the pick up time was more than 2 hrs
When I arrived at the restaurant I let the cashier know of my online order and she told me no order was made and was first come first served and the waiting time was more than 40mins. The restaurant was busy I understand if its a little bit of a wait even for an online order so I waited and waited saw some of the people waiting in line for in person purchases pick up their food it was more than 2hrs that I waited in the restaurant until I got impatient and went to ask the lady giving out the orders that I has been waiting for that long for an online order and people that arrive after me were already receiving their orders.
She quickly started getting my order ready and when handing me the food no type of apology whatsoever nothing, I dont want to say maybe prejudice to other non Asian races but definitely saw a bit of that
