Absolutely will never order from here. The food is made with zero care and it’s honestly questionable what they are serving people. I would post the other picture but I instantly threw it away since I don’t trust my child to eat it. If you want to get sick , or be disappointed this is the subway that delivers that

I am so frustrated. I came to this subway the one beside belk in shallotte and it used to be fast service, friendly associates. But I just came here for my 30 minute lunch and I spent 30 minutes just standing in line I got my sub but I should’ve walked out. They never greeted me or said have a good day it’s not like it used to be. They were not moving very fast making my sub and they just didn’t seem amused by the line. The one guy was talking while fixing the customers sub and not even paying attention. If you want a sub I suggest going to a different subway

I placed a $24 order online while the order was still processing. I realize I ordered from the wrong subway. I immediately called the subway to cancel the order. I was told by the worker they can’t cancel it. I have to cancel it online sub frequently asked questions says you can’t cancel it online. The only how you can cancel. It is to call the store what I did ! So because the worker didn’t know what she was talking about I just wasted $24

My mother went to go get subs and asked for everything I wanted but the man did totally the opposite plus it was super dry. I get that it was around 9 o’clock at night and you close like 30 min later, but if a customer is going to come in and pay for what they want they should receive what they want. I’m sorry subway but you just lost 2 loyal customers. Get better workers or get them to do their job right.

This was the worst food order I have ever received at subway. NONE of our subs were complete. I frequent this store quite often and I’m very disappointed that I have to start going to jersey mikes for subs. May I add that NONE of the subs had anything on them other than meat & cheese. No Mayo, tomato, pickles, onions, etc & NO extra bacon, which I paid for!
