This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is rude and they give the smallest portions of meat. This is supposed to be a steak burrito. There were 5 pieces of steak in my entire burrito. Are you kidding me!!! Also how is their guac always brown? This place makes me never want to go to chipotle again. Also the bag of chips was practically empty. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY.

ugh, this Chipotle is the biggest disappointment ever. Being in so many places I can say this is the worst place. Workers with really bad attitude that will take your taste for food away. Don’t you dare to tell them they got your order wrong (ordered online for pick up) bc you get “boo” from them all. Laughing into your face that you don’t know what you ordered. … They don’t care – after all they got your money already. I lost $21 (per one bowl), bc I gave them the bowl they made back, but they lost much more. Sure I won’t be coming back. Sure not this store and still not sure if I would be able to ever step inside any other Chipotle restaurant. I don’t need this attitude from anyone.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve EVER been to as far as food quality goes and I’ve been to some pretty bad ones. Food is always cold by the time I get it home (only a 4 minute drive). Staff act like zombies with no emotion. Burritos are so poorly wrapped, by the time I open up the takeout order it may as well have been a burrito bowl. The manager of this store should be fired immediately.

The stingiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. I had to ask 3x for more cheese just to get a normal serving of cheese compared to other chipotle. It was as if she gets paid in left over cheese. She filled my side of quac only half way. My wife got jipped as well when she forgot to put quac on it and the lady pulled the lid off and half of her sour cream and cheese went flying off and then she put the smallest amount of quac on it! I guess I’ll have to drive to the other chipotle in Algonquin to get normal size servings.

This Chipotle is trash just like all the rest of them. I was excited because we were getting one closer to us and I didn’t have to go to the Elgin one anymore but this one might actually be worse. On two separate occasions back to back I ordered a double chicken bowl. And on both occasions I received 4.9 oz of chicken in my bowl. Implying that a single serving of chicken is either 2.5 oz (pretty sure it’s 4 oz) or a double order is 0.9 oz (pretty sure it’s 4 oz). This is also not the first time this has happened, they skimp all the time, on everything. I’ve just had enough of them stealing my money that I’m paying to get double. How is it 2025 and we haven’t invented a tool that measures out exactly 4 oz OR more? If the serving size is 4 oz. I should be getting 4 oz or more by mistake. Not less. This Chipotle is extremely consistent in giving much less. Avoid at all costs. The photos are two separate bowls two weeks apart.

This is the worst chipotle i have ever been to and i wont ever be going back. I ordered in person and asked for extra pinto beans, with regular amount of barbacoa. They literally gave the smallest portions I’ve ever seen, it’s embarrassing. I can count the amount of beans in my bowl and they gave a half clamp of barbacoa. Not worth the money at all.

The service here was very poor today. The staff member at the window was dismissive and didn’t acknowledge my greeting. I was handed a ripped bag that almost caused my food to spill all over my car. When I pointed it out and asked for a new bag, the employee acted annoyed and never apologized. I’m very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

They underserve the protein then give you attitude if you ask for the proper amount. I don’t want extra or a double, but if the scoop of meat is half of what other Chipotles give, there’s a problem.
They also overcharged by claiming a bowl had guac when we didn’t ask for or get any then didn’t give a receipt so I could challenge it. Had to double check pricing by using the app to realize we were overcharged

I love Chipotle. But today was a disappointment. I ordered the limited time Smoked Brisket Burrito.
The meat quantity was okay, but the meat itself was cut into small very little cubes, very hard cubes. When I think of brisket, I think of tender juicy meat. These bits were way over cooked. I did not enjoy this meal can’t recommend it to anyone.

Stopped in for a steak burrito bowl for my wife, and a chicken burrito for myself. The people working there were younger, but extremely friendly and made everything to my exact specifications. The food was amazing and I would highly recommend this location!
