Went by here for a lunch break. It was super busy. They got me in and out fairly quickly. The place is small, not a lot of space to sit when it’s busy. The food was good, and the order was correct. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking is tight only a few spots out front.

Don’t give them business, go to La Plata. They have gotten 2/3 online orders wrong, I’ve contacted them twice with no response even left a message to their online customer service team. Too expensive of a sub to get it wrong AND not make it right.. I loved Jersey mikes and was willing to pay until I came across this location. Will not be buying again.

Old faithful delicious subs. This time I got the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak with everything in a bowl to cut back on carbs – it was still amazing and filling.
This location I think maybe has new staff in training – it took some time to get through the line – the food was great. I highly recommend

I normally come here on regular but today was totally different. I could not believe how thin the meat was sliced? I ordered a No# 13 as usual and the meat was so thin I could see through it! My brother goes to Jersey Mike’s at least twice a week, and he told me about the meat being sliced so thin, even when he asked for extra….it was still thin! I did not believe him but today proved what he said and I will NOT be coming back to any Jersey Mike’s if this is how they are now operating.

This place is trash and so is the customer service! I love Jersey Mikes but after my experience here my mind has been changed. Order my food online came to pick it up and the manager had an attitude. Gave me the wrong food. Called to find out they can’t even remake my sandwich because they are out of bread. A sub shop out of bread is crazy. If you want to go to Jersey mikes you better off riding all the way down Alexandria so you can at least get good customer service

I visited your store for the first time on 12/6/25 and placed an online order for pickup. When I received my order, the bag of chips I paid for was missing.
I called the store to report the issue. The employee insisted the chips “were in the bag” and that they had “put them in,” even though I confirmed I did not receive them. I was then told I must return to the store to pick up the chips.
As a first-time customer, I found this response unacceptable. I paid for a product I never received and was asked to inconvenience myself by driving back, after already completing my trip and waiting for the order.
