They can’t make a proper sandwich. I don’t know if they can read or need pictures to make an Italian sub. When everything is printed on a paper for them to read. How do miss Black pepper, Oregano and Hot Peppers. SMH like really, by the time I came over to wait to get the sandwich it was already made. So I grabbed it when home, which is 15 minutes from this location. To find out it wasn’t make right.

I ordered a chicken salad hoagie last night and I think I paid for the freaking roll because there’s hardly ANY CHICKEN SALAD on it! Not only that but every time I order sweet tea I order 2 but I only get 1. AND THE RECEIPTS say 2 sweet teas!! See the receipt says 2!! And I stopped calling the store because I am tired of the attitude I get every time. Very disappointing and they owe me 2 sweet tea refunds and a refund for the hoagie because there’s barely any chicken salad JUST ROLL!

I ordered an egg white and bacon shorti. The entire sandwich was obviously microwaved. The bread began to get hard and tough by the second. It was horrible and a waste of money. So disappointed.

This is ridiculous. Me and my wife come in here every morning during the week. Twice last week the coffee machine has been out of the coffee I like to get and now today on Monday – it’s empty AGAIN. It just spits out a watered down mess that tastes like crap! The staff are super friendly, they’ll fix it if I ask – BUT I HAVE TO GO TO WORK. I can’t spend extra time waiting for them to fix the machine that should have been refreshed for the morning rush.

This Wawa is right by my work, so I’ve stopped a few times recently. Every time I’ve ordered food from the screens, they forget multiple items. Today it was a bagel with cream cheese, tomato, and cucumber. They forgot all the veggies. This counts as a bagel sandwich, not a plain bagel, so it also means it was a waste of money. It is extremely frustrating that this happens CONSTANTLY. I can see on the paper that everything is correct, and yet the sandwiches never are.

Never any turkey products readily available. Although staff is helpful to make item…. The grab and go option is not available for those who don’t consume pork. Everything else in the store is always restocked but when I ask about the turkey breakfast sandwiches…there’s always an excuse. Yes it was brought to the store manager’s attention…. He sat there quietly while another store associate attempted to justify why there was not any. It’s frustrating because I’m here every morning and 9/10…it’s not there and therefore I’m forced to get a different type fresh made sandwich that is prepared faster than waiting for a turkey sausage to be cooked….and mostly likely cost more.
