I ordered online ahead of time knowing that the people here only speak Spanish, so since I don’t know Spanish ordering online was going to be easier for me. After I picked up my order I found one of the sandwiches was made wrong, so I had to go back and try to explain that the order was incorrect. I know a language barrier is tough, but the lady there was so combative, nearly yelling the whole time, and tried to accuse me of bringing in a different sandwich. The only reason she finally gave in and remade my sandwich was because another customer stepped in on my side. I’m only visiting the area so it was unlikely I’d be coming back anyway, but this Subway location has to have been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I just arrived at 9:53pm to purchase all their leftover cookies and the two girls that were working had closed the store early and did not let me in. I explain through the glass door that I was just going to buy the rest of the cookies. They didn’t have to worry about making any subs, but they were not willing to stay until closing time (10:00pm) and shook their heads NO without even approaching the door, or speaking to me directly. I felt so ignored and disregarded.

I wouldn’t even rate this one star. I just left this subway horrible experience. I went to the bathroom and saw that it was locked , so I told the lady “ excuse me” and she just ignored me as I went to go said it a 3rd time she then decided to reply saying “ you see me doing something wait” that there just boiled my blood. This lady was so damn rude when I didn’t even give her a reason to talk to me like that to begin with , she could’ve easily said alright my love give me a second finishing up and I’ll be right with you. I highly recommend to who ever is the boss to retrain his employees to have actual good customer service , because at the end of the day whether they like it or not we the customers are the reason why they have a job and get paid . If it wasn’t for us coming as customers all places would be shutdown. This was my first and last time coming to this place.
