No joke… this is one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. With one of the absolute friendliest and most attentive servers I’ve had.
The steak I ordered medium and I’m used to places not doing that right. This was PER…FECT. The eggs were right where I wanted them as well. Their hot salsa was perfect heat and flavor.
I am a huge fan. This place should have a long wait for a table even on a weekday, but I was seated immediately.
I will be back. I will have a hard time eating breakfast anywhere else going forward.
EDIT: I love this place more than the first time. It is always on point. I’ve been here several times since and it is excellent everytime. Bad reviews must have been just a unique experience or a unique individual because it’s by far the best (not just Mexican) restaurant in our area. No question. And I do a lot of reviews… check my profile… I know local food. This place …is… IT.
New edit: just had the taco Tuesday deal… the Pastor tacos are BOMB
PRADO Mexican Fusion delivers an exceptional dining experience from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between modern and welcoming—stylish, clean, and energetic without feeling overdone. It’s ideal for date night, group outings, or a relaxed dinner that still feels special.
The service was absolutely amazing. From the host to the servers, every staff member was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making the experience great. Orders were taken promptly, drinks were never left empty, and the staff checked in at the perfect frequency—present when needed but never intrusive. You can tell the team is well-trained and takes real pride in what they do.
The food is where PRADO truly shines. Every dish is packed with bold, well-balanced flavors and beautifully plated. The fusion aspect is executed perfectly—traditional Mexican foundations elevated with creative, modern twists. Each bite is fresh, vibrant, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Portions are generous without being overwhelming, and everything arrives hot and fresh.
Drinks are just as impressive as the food. Their cocktail menu is creative and well-balanced, with standout margaritas that are smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Presentation is excellent, and the bar staff clearly knows their craft.
Overall, PRADO Mexican Fusion delivers top-tier food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that keeps you coming back. This is easily a go-to spot for consistency, quality, and a genuinely enjoyable dining experience. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for elevated Mexican fusion done right.
—Update- came back for breakfast and it was delicious. I forgot to take a photo!
Our server was absolutely wonderful. I wish I remembered his name because he truly deserves the recognition — he was so kind, helpful, and genuinely personable, which made the experience even better.
We ordered the molcajete and the shrimp ceviche, and both were incredible. The molcajete was packed with flavor and easily one of my favorite dishes I’ve ever had. It was a bit on the spicy side, but still so delicious. I asked our server if it could be made a little less spicy next time, and he immediately said it was no problem at all — which is perfect, because we will be back (probably very frequently). Their portion sizes were very generous as well!
I can’t wait to come back and try their margaritas and more of the menu… though I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever be able to stray away from that molcajete. Highly recommend!
Horchata and Jamaica we good but very sweet. Also wish we could mute the TV above us.
Im not a sweets person but I somehow became addicted to their sugary breakfast items, I get French toast and crepes often, but their omelets are my favorite.
For dinner, the fajitas are perfect! The chimichanga is the best I’ve had anywhere, and that’s a staple for me at any Mexican resteraunt.
For anyone looking for more traditional American food, they are also amazing and will not disappoint. Burgers, sandwiches and salads are top notch here.
Check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!
