Great Harvest handcrafts bread daily using pure and simple ingredients. Each morning we fresh-grind premium wheat berries in our bakery and blend it with wholesome ingredients, like yeast, sea salt and pure honey. The result is bread that tastes simply amazing. Our breads and goodies are made from scratch every morning using the finest and purest ingredients and no preservatives! Although all wheat contains natural gluten in the wheat kernel, we NEVER add gluten and we don’t rely on preservatives to keep our bread fresh. Each and every loaf is kneaded by hand and designed by hand, not by a machine. Real bread is rich, moist, hearty and life-enhancing. We take pride in our hand-crafted breads and know you will notice the difference.

Bakery chain specializing in whole-grain breads & muffins made with Montana wheat.

I was just in there to purchase my lunch 3/6/26, I tried ordering online but I thought something funky was going on with the price for the Louisville Chicken Salad Sandwich so I chose to go inside. What was happening online was the sandwich had a posted price for $9.25, then you could select either a half for +$6.50, or a full for +$9.25, well that’s exactly what happened in the store too. The initial cost for the sandwich is $9.25 since I wasn’t offered a half just given the full and then it added an additional $9.25 totalling $19.61 without a side, drink or anything. I thought maybe this was just an expensive sandwich so I tried ordering for multiple other locations across Idaho as well as other states and nope it’s only this location that is ripping customers off. I’m giving the service a 3 star review because why would the gentleman working not notice the duplication of the price either. I get it we’re in Eagle, but when this is the only sandwich on your menu that charges customers double what it should be charging, seems sus to me and the fact that no other store is duplicating the original posted price but this location.

This family business is so wonderful and special! I can’t even put into words how great of an experience I had with them. They went above and beyond to specially make 1 gender reveal cupcake and hand deliver it to my husband’s grandma’s house. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touch are appreciated!

Went in today and the employee was the only one there working the whole store. He was incredibly kind, attentive and transparent with explaining our sandwiches will take a tad bit longer as he is working alone!
Definitely deserves a raise for managing and working the store perfectly!

We arrived there on June 22nd and asked for sandwiches. The young man and lady behind the counter looked like they didn’t know what they were doing as if it was thier first day on the job. Long story short, my son got his sandwich with this bug, an aphid inside the sandwich box and clinging to the lettuce. The aphid was moving and was desperately trying to get out of the box. Aphids feed on lettuce so maybe a quick wash with water would’ve gotten rid of the bug in the lettuce before using it in a sandwich? Now aphids are harmless to humans but who wants to eat this bug with an overpriced sandwich from The Great Harvest in Eagle? Not us, so we will never be back to the Great Harvest in Eagle any time soon!
P.S: Read the owner’s response as a cc proof of how poor this business is run. The logo of the shop is clear as day in the photo. Me. Owner, you can make it up by running your business better, until then I wouldn’t patronize this business.

Great Harvest has been around forever and is usually amazing! The different types of bread and specialty delights are great.

We stopped in and grabbed some lunch. The soup was really good.
The half sandwich was turkey avocado. The inside of the sandwich was so good. The bread however was doughy. I thought that was strange. I just pulled the bread off.

We got some loaded potato bread, pumpkin cake, and a chocolate o roll. It was like a pumpkin rolls with raspberry cream cheese filling.
I’m wondering if there was something going on for that days bread. The potato bread was so doughy inside we had to throw it away.
The chocolate o roll was in the freezer
When we got it home and thawed it was like cutting through saw dust. It just fell apart and was so dry. The pumpkin cake was also very dry.
We have never encountered this at Great Harvest. Maybe just a bad bread day.
We will still go back as normally things are good.

Tried this sandwich place for the first time today, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. From the start, the experience was disappointing. The employee who took my order seemed uninterested and unfriendly—didn’t greet me or ask any questions about how I wanted my sandwich.

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, which turned out to be just that: chicken salad slapped on bread with zero care or flavor. It was extremely dry, lacking any seasoning or texture that might have made it enjoyable.

Between the lackluster customer service and the subpar food, there’s no reason to come back. Disappointed overall.

This is the third time we’ve gotten sandwiches from them and they’re nothing like what we ordered. Terrible sauce, no mustard which we asked for , no avocado and they put lettuce on and we specifically said no lettuce because it was so bad the last time! We will never be going back here again.

I normally try to have grace with any restaurant/food establishment because I used to own one and it can be truly tough, but this experience would be a negative star if there was one. Ordered two sandwiches, one half and one whole. A cookie and a drink. Not only did it take over 25 minutes, but there was only one table in there before me already sitting and the other customers who ordered after me got their food before. The bag of sandwiches was sitting on the counter for a while until the girl handed it to me and just said “oh sorry about that.” I got in the car and opened the bag to see the half sandwich was literally a piece of panini cooked bread about 3×3 inches. I have never seen a sadder sandwich for almost $9 I thought it was a joke. I understand paying for food when you’re going out which is why I was excited to place an order and I tipped 20 percent before even receiving my food and sub par service, but it’s disappointing to overcharge for a little appetizer when it could be a solid sandwich. Experiences like this are why people choose McDonald’s when they are looking for something quick, rather than a healthier local option.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for: healthy and tasty bread. They also offer coffee, soup and full-grain pastries. Comfy atmosphere, friendly staff. And great bread!!

I went in on a short break to grab a sandwich and it was wonderful the girl in front Angela was super helpful and helped me pick a sandwich I would like it was the day before thanksgiving there were piles of thanksgiving orders next to me there was also a girl with the biggest smile and cutest sweater getting peoples orders to them I approached her with a question I had about the pumpkin chocolate chip loaf and Sabrina was very helpful and kind and she gave the best recommendation. there was a lot going on and the bakery was super busy but both the girls who helped me out were super friendly and happy and there was no frustration in their service the sandwich was wonderful will definitely come back again soon. Happy Holidays
