Great experience, great poke bowl! Ample food and super fresh and delicious! I asked for no wakame and was pleasantly surprised when they offered if I wanted anything else to replace it. Got the spicy salmon bowl and loved it, the pineapple and cucumbers were awesome! I also got it to go but the ambience seemed clean and comfortable.

I have been going here for about 3 years now, and the recent price change is making me never come back.
A bowl that used to cost <15$ now costs a whopping 22$+. There is no reason why a bowl of rice should cost $11.50!!
The food here is amazing, and the staff is very nice. I understand price increases, especially now with the cost of food going up. But nearly doubling prices out of nowhere is doing a massive disservice to loyal customers.

Perhaps I might’ve been spoiled with sushi burritos elsewhere, I just want impressed with the size and price of the burritos here. Great menu selections with several “add-ons” that left me with a $20 sushi burrito for lunch. I do like the giant karaffe of low sodium soy sauce though.
Staff were super cool and helpful in navigating the menu. Location of this place is great with 28 other food places and lots of variety. Just not sure I’d come back to this place.

Update 2 years later – prices have gone up and they now charge for all toppings. You used to get 3 free and anything else or premium was additional, which was understandable.. Very disappointing.
Best restaurant in the Krates! Any time I spot by the Grove I cannot resist getting Ato. The food is always, fresh and fast. I love the kiosks for ordering and building my own bowl. Their signature creations are awesome as well. A must try and don’t skip the teriyaki mushrooms! They enhance every bite.

Food:
+miso soup is very flavorful
+The dumplings with eggs and sweet sauce were melting, def like dessert though. +The Godzilla fried burrito had lots of protein and delicious too (I think they changed it to be larger too)
+The gyozas were very crispy with lots of meat on the left,
~ chicken burrito was ok, should have gotten a tempura one
~ poke was was not bad too, recommend to make your own (I like pineapple, edamame, cucumber, pickled ginger, etc.)
~ the spring rolls were more like pastries with cabbage and good too esp rye orange sauce was yum.
Sustainability/ Interior:
+ appreciated the first order with paper box and wrap only (no plastic at all), then we ordered more and maybe they thought it was to go so gave plastic
+ they always had plenty of seating for us even on a busy weekend
+ very pleasant and clean, AC is on
Ordering/Service:
+ service improved and staff was very attentive last time, checking in on us on a busy Friday night
+ Menu pretty straightforward, we’ve been ordering at the counter lately, I guess they fixed their ordering tech as when they opened at first, the screen didn’t have the option to add fried burrito
Price:
~ a bit more expensive but worth it! We got their gift card deal too so $10 off after spending $50

Used to be the most reliable restaurant at Krate but has doubled in price for seemingly no reason with the new menu changes. It was only worth it when the proteins and toppings were included in the $11 bowl but now you’re straight up paying that for the rice alone, and being charged 1-2 dollars for each add on (which again, used to be included ). It’s safe to say that I won’t be coming back as this pricing is absolutely unreasonable for what you’re paying for

Sushi burritos and bowls located in Krates! We had the Godzilla sushi burrito, which was a little dry…make sure that you get your sauce added or on the side. We also got a make your own bowl with tempura shrimp and spicy tuna. It was amazing!!
Definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

The first time I went here, it was fine, but the second time I visited this restaurant, there was barely any service and I had to use the self kiosk that was barely working. After I placed an order for a sushi burrito and a bowl, almost $50 with a drink, the chef gave me 2 sushi burritos and claimed that was what I ordered when it was not. The food is great there, but the service is just not it.

We went during the day on a weekday, so it was slow. Our food was delicious and a generous portion, so we were definitely full and had some leftover as well. Our experience was made even better when the General Manager whose name I missed approached us and started conversing with us about our experience as well as sharing info about their sister restaurants.

The store is small and cozy, but the flavors are superb. Bowls are the specialty and you can custom order.
I ordered the 2 protein bowl with spicy crab meat and salmon and it was delicious. My wife ordered the Soft Shell Crab bowl, and it was fresh and delicious.
Recommend ATO at the Krates in Wesley Chapel.
