The employees are not the problem, the very low quality ingredients are the BIG problem. and they will not offer refunds when your sandwich is bad, $15 for a bad sandwich is what you will get at this location. Message to management, I will be filing a claim and informing the health department in carmel.

Maaannnn! I’ve been sleepin on JJ! I always forget about it, and haven’t had it in years. Was in the mood for a sandwich today, and decided to give them a try. First time ordering from this location. Not freaky fast, but definitely not bad at all. I prefer my food to taste better, even if that means it takes a few minutes longer to get to me. This spicy italian was uuhh-MAZING! Definitely my new go-to. And get the pickle. Always get the pickle. Thanks for comin through, JJ!!!

This store is literally abysmal. Every time we order here our order is messed up. Meat missing from the sandwich, avocado paid for and not added, stingy on the vegetables. Long delivery times, names disrespectfully misspelled, no class or attention to detail. No pride or care in their work. This store should be stripped of its Jimmy John’s franchising rights. The one on Hazel Dell is far better but doesn’t deliver to our home. Just downright shameful.

Very slow delivery. Ordered extra bacon on my sandwich and they barely put any meat at all on it. It was all lettuce. They didn’t cut my sandwich in half. Won’t be ordering again. I’m extremely disappointed.

I ordered it maybe around 7:30-7:40 for delivery and around 8:45 I called to check on it since we only live six minutes from that location.
I was informed that he tried to deliver it, but because he couldn’t call me, he brought it back to the store. I had the wrong phone number which has since been updated.
The store sent it back out. He called me saying I need to come out to the car and when I didn’t really respond to that because I didn’t feel comfortable doing that because it’s late at night and it’s just me a young woman with a baby I need to come out to get my order.
I left the note saying, leave it outside the building and prepaid to avoid this having. I was also in the middle of breast-feeding my child.
When I get out there, he pulls up really fast where I had to back up because it made me nervous. He then stated that he didn’t drop it off because I couldn’t come out and get it even though I’ve already paid and left the note.
He then proceeded to have me fill out gratuity form. I had already filled out online.
I feel that is the only reason he did not follow. The instructions is because he wanted me to fill out the additional gratuity form, which I feel is very inappropriate.
I have been debating on whether to say anything, but this made me very uncomfortable so I felt I needed to say something

The last three times we’ve ordered from this specific location, our order has been messed up. Twice with missing food that we ordered & paid for, and once now where our order was two hours late, despite us only living two miles away. Therefore, we will no longer be ordering from this location.

This Jimmy Johns has been the worst location on the north side for years. They consistently take an hour, sometimes more, to make a delivery 3 miles away regardless of time of day. Sandwiches are usually soggy by the time they arrive. Not to mention their sandwich prices are also a dollar higher than other north side locations, despite being vastly inferior in quality.

Have never had a single good experience ordering from this location. My order always takes anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour and a half to arrive. Today’s sandwich was especially exciting because it was late AND rock hard. Love it. For a company that claims to be “freaky fast”, I am not at all impressed, and will never be ordering again. I have ordered here multiple times for lunch delivery. This last time was the final straw. The order ultimately ended up being correct, after 55 minutes to deliver.
I was assured at 40 minutes after ordering that it would be delivered soon, and 5 minutes later the online order status said it was. However, my sandwich hadn’t actually arrived.
I called again and was informed that the driver had left my sandwich at the store, and was on his way to deliver it straight to me. I was offered a credit for “A free side, or something of that sort” which I politely declined. I will no longer be ordering Jimmy John’s for lunch as this store is the only one that will deliver to me, and it consistently takes 45+ minutes to deliver.
I like the food, but the delivery times are appallingly bad. I would normally pick it up since the store is only 5 minutes away, but since my car was in the shop, I had to opt for their delivery, which I expected to be slow.
I suppose I should have learned from the past, but the fact that they offered a free side seemed nearly insulting given how long it took. In any case, I would advise against ordering delivery from this location, as they seem to lack basic skills in getting delivery orders out in a timely manner.
