We have been VIP customers of Napolis for 25 years. Tonight, I placed an online order, which consisted of 1 large pepperoni pizza for $9.99, and 1 large 2-topping pizza for $15x when the pizza was delivered, the pepperoni pizza was a medium so the driver advised me to call customer care which I did immediately. I was told that they wojld bring me the large I ordered but I had to return the medium pizza. When the driver came half an hour later (one hour now has passed since my order was placed), I told him my family was hungry and had eaten 3 pieces of the medium pepperoni. He then told me I had to take 3 pieces from the large he just brought me and put them in the medium pizza box!! Which I did but how ridiculous! This was insulting and absurd. They messed up my order. We will never order from Napolis again.

They charge an additional $1.99 for some of the worst blue cheese dressing I’ve eaten. The Italian sub is pedestrian at best. The breadstick would be best described as stake. Never again.

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza to be delivered to our hotel. About 40 minutes later, the courteous delivery man arrived with our hot pizza. It was delicious and the ease of ordering by phone and not having to go out for it made it even better. I was on hold for a few minutes waiting to order but that wasn’t bad at all. Would definitely order from Napoli’s again if in the area.

So we ordered 2 pizzas, we’re staying in the nearby hotel so it was very convenient to have them within walking distance. When we got back we absolutely devoured the pizza, it was fantastic. So good in fact that I’m about to order another one. The only downside is that it’s very thin pizza, closer to New York style. Nothing wrong with that, we just didn’t know when we ordered. Overall it was delicious, definitely will order again in the future if we come through West Virginia.

Found this place on google. We were traveling from Ohio. We wanted to stop grab quick and eat on our travels. The pizza was absolutely amazing. Pepperoni, extra cheese, and canned mushrooms.
We went to the Mineral Ridge WV location and the gentlemen working there was very polite and courteous.

We moved to N.C back in 2018. Napolis has always been our go to for subs and pizza. We came back for a wedding and had four restaurants we just had to fit into our busy schedule and Napolis was on top of the list. We ordered our food at the Mineral Wells branch @9:45 p.m They close at 10 p.m We were expecting alot of attitude when we pulled up at 9:59 p.m To our surprise the manager was very pleasant and professional. There was no hint of displeasure in her voice our actions. She is a true professional and just a good natured person in general. Thank you so much!!! If she could have seen the smiles on our faces as we opened up the subs and took that first bite. Lol

Napolis I’ve rated before. The pizza was average but sometimes better than other locations. This is a small store and are very busy. I walked in at 10pm and asked for small cheese pizza. The person asking is that it, can I get you anything else? Would you like pepperoni? I just wanted cheese. He said have seat, easygoing, 5 minutes and I’ll add some extra cheese so you get the full experience. I told him not necessary but he said that had been very busy and was happy to do a short order. Paid and thanked him and enjoyed a delicious pizza with just some extra cheese. What a difference. I’ll remember that, and that location. Added a couple more stars to them. Good employees are hard to find that make your customers want to come back.
