We took out a pizza last night and it was the worst pizza we have had in our lives. The toppings were wrong and just dumped in the middle of the pie and the crust tasted like cardboard. We each choked down one piece and threw it away. Will never get a pizza here again.

My wife just purchased two large pizzas and when she presented a coupon she was advised that your store does not accept coupons and hasn’t for the last year.We regularly purchase pizzas and have used coupons several times in the past year sometimes ordering 4 for family parties.Reading some reviews I see that several customers have mentioned using coupons within the past 5 months.So what gives?

It’s always easy to place my order online, use my coupons in the rewards program, and the team in Mukwonago does a great job of making our pizzas. The new stuffed crust is excellent and I love my classic thin crust chicken garlic. Just a fantastic dinner last night.
11/24/25-I did not love the crust on the$6.99 medium pizza. I DID love the calzone, it was the prefect amount of crust, not to thick, great filling
1/31/26-2 perfect pizzas, the NYXL is such a great bargain and I had an $8 coupon off my whole order. It pays to be a member.

Ordered a gourmet vegetarian on $10 Tuesday. Asked cashier for no artichoke (I’m allergic). He said sure. Watched another worker make the pizza. Never once looked at the ticket after it initially printed out as she moved down the line. Get home, cook pizza. Immediately smells like artichoke in the house. Come to find its on the pizza. It was buried under other toppings or I would have said something in store. All the teenage girls had their hair in ponytails, but their hair was in front of their shoulder, so I’m sure there’s hair in everyone’s pizza too. No greeting from cashier. All workers were as lively as a rotted fish.

Instead of making my pizza when I ordered it they came out of the back room with a pizza and try to give it to me I don’t know when it was made didn’t see it being made usually they make in front of you and they try to give that to me. They argued with me about it whether they just made it or not I saw it come out of the back room. They wouldn’t make one fresh so I got my money back who knows what they did to it back there.

Ordered three pizzas for pickup. Upon arrival learned that our order had been given to others in error. After waiting over twenty minutes our order was remade and one pizza was made incorrectly. Sadly, the female manager delegated the apology to a line worker. What a shame.

Ive be coming to Papa Murphys to order a gluten free crust pizza on Ten Dollar tuesdays for as long as I can remember. But tonite the cashier and the on duty manager in Mukwonago, Wi refused to sell me one at that price. When pressed they couldnt tell me why. One of the girls there said they never sold gluten free crust pizzas as part of 10 dollar tuesdays, and then blew me off by saying the prices were set at ‘corporate’ and there was nothing they could do. Staff obviously doesnt understand company policy. I went down the street and bought a frozen pizza
