Had ordered a breaded chicken wrap and it was completely empty. Little lettuce. No onion that I asked for and no mayo that I also asked for. If you can’t make a wrap, why bother working there? If you’re an employee there, If that was your wrap or sandwich, wouldn’t you want a generous amount of toppings that you asked/paid for?…like come on.

completely trash. i would high advise anyone from purchasing food from here. they didn’t put anything we requested in our sandwich and quesadillas except a lot of pickles and a bucket of SALT. so much salt it was inedible and went to the trash. both items.
do better. i am highly disappointed. i thought wawa had a certain standard it upheld. i guess not.

Stopped by the Fairfield Wawa for a sandwich and it was kind of a mess. The manager, Kaitlyn , didn’t really help out when it got busy, didn’t check in with staff, and seemed kind of unaware of what was going on. The team looked stressed trying to keep up, and it slowed everything down. Definitely felt like the place could use better management.

Long lines and inconsistent food-making are issues. Food is always on time when I order ahead via app, and the food is delicious, however, order instructions are frequently missed; my food is often bone dry despite requesting extra mayo, extra vinegar, extra oil, and garlic aioli. Other times it’s sopping wet lol.

This is not the first time I visit this gas station. The service is excellent, everything is great, but it’s not the first time that some ingredients are missing from my order. This is a recurring issue at these gas stations. It’s not just at this location; at another location, there are also always some issues when I order some add-ons, and I don’t check if they put it in.
