I love chipotle and I am at least here once a week. I am a reoccurring customer with friends and family as well. As much as I love chipotle, I will not be returning to this location. The man who took our order was a delight. Very kind and quick, however we were anything but welcomed by a women working tonight. We came in a little over an hour before closing and I understand that in the restaurant industry it is normal to begin cleaning an hour or so before. (i’ve worked in a restaurant for five years). But the second we walked in, a women waved her finger in my friend and i’s face telling us “eh eh eh no”. She then pointed her finger with a lot of attitude to tell us not to walk where she had already mopped…respectfully knowing the restaurant industry, there are going to be multiple more customers who are going to come in the next hour, probably including the last five minutes before closing as well. That’s why you save mopping as the last thing you do, never have I ever told a customer to “eh eh eh no” not walk in a certain spot I just cleaned. Worst comes to worse, I clean it again. If she was instructed to mop at that certain time, there were multiple other nicer ways to tell us/ask us to kindly walk a different path. So so disrespectful. Will not return.

I was just eating my chipotle bowl and I notice a big green thing inside of it. So I take it out and it turns out that it’s an avocado peal. Now I know this may have been a mistake but I would appreciate if they just took better care and lookout of the guacamole because it was pretty dark as well.

Worst place never gonna go back here. Manager with zero management skill only good skill is argue with customers. Argue only for small cup of extra cheese I was ready to pay refused to take pay from window and keep arguing to come inside and pay. Every time I order from this location I never get enough meat. I ordered a chicken bowl today and it had a couple of piece of chicken, and everything tasted unseasoned. The fajitas and onions weren’t even cooked all the way, and the rice had no cilantro. Also they didn’t strain any of the juice from the beans. I don’t have this problem at other locations.

Every single time I order online and pick up I get a snack not a meal! Always missing items like double chicken, cheese, queso! EVERY SINGLE TIME. I get a bowl that is not even 3/4 full! It’s absolutely insane! I had to go to Wendy’s after I ate because I still was not full! I’m done with this location! Never again!

– $6.45 for chips and 1oz of guacamole. At 6pm, 4.95 at 630pm
– 1oz of guac $3.85 guacamole At 6pm, 2.95 at 630pm.
Granted, both are profoundly over priced at either rate, but if they are running these BS games, they have had the very last of my business. Can not wait to see this place shut down and boarded up because no one can afford to eat there anymore

I went to purchase my chicken bowl with a small bag of chips. They said they could not and the woman who served me did not speak English and made the experience more difficult transaction.
