Been to this McDonald’s many times since it’s convenient. Food is fine, my expectations and standards are low for McDonald’s to begin with, the service isn’t the worst but frankly speaking staff do not communicate very well when a problem happens, and that’s the next thing, I’ve had some sort of issue every time I’ve gone here. Without exception.
But the worst issue to me is the closing times. It says this McDonald’s is 24/7 every time I look online. This blatantly isn’t true, they usually close around 10-12 from what I’ve been able to find out. And what’s worse is they often don’t tell you, or if they do it’ll take 10 minutes. Don’t ever go to this place at night because you might find yourself wasting a ton of time. Taco Bell is right next to it, better option honestly.

This is supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich. It was dry or dehydrated and worst thing, look at the close up of that chicken Patty. That doesn’t look like real chicken meat At All!! Never again will I order that from McDonald’s!! I am attaching what a real chicken sandwich should look like! Not dry and not pressed- it’s Real meat! Way to go Popeyes!

Ordered 2 mcdoubles with extra onions and i got plain burgers. How do you have the correct tag on the wrapper then put another plain tag on top of it. And they had no ketchup. I believe the cashier was lying with how horrible my order came out.

Online it says this location is open 24 hours. I pulled up to the speaker to order through the drive-through. The prompter came on asking me if I would like to use my app so I could be drive-through was still open. I sat there for maybe 5 to 10 minutes I got out of my car to see if the car that was in front of me was still waiting for their food. They were not There was still someone inside a worker. couldn’t even have the courtesy to say that they were closed. Maybe the company should update location hours on line. I went to the location on Mack rd. Closest to Franklin

I want to start by saying I never wright reviews unless I absolutely love your service, but this time is completely the opposite, this is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, this is the closest one to me but I will be going to the other one Mack rd, the employees at this location have the worst attitudes and costumer service I have ever experienced they are always trying to argue on the intercom and get very defensive and really like to snap at you. They really need to get employees that really want to work there and have a positive attitudes Because starting your day off with having to ague with people is ridiculous it’s clear they don’t like working there and it very much shows. I can go on about the several times I’ve had issues coming here and every time they had crazy attitudes and anything you ask for and each time I’ve had my kids in the car it’s so inappropriate even simply asking them for waters after you’ve paid so much money for your food. They will tell you to go wait in the parking lot just for water even if there’s no one behind you, they care more about their ratings than their customers. I just thought I’d share because please do better McDonald’s this location is horrible experience every time !

A couple weeks ago, I tried the Mc Crispy Strips & was not impressed.. It was hard & had no flavor.. Today, I wanted to see if the Snack Wraps was really as good as everyone said it was.. I was not impressed & so I added more ranch.. Even with all that extra sauce, it still tasted very dry like it was over cooked.. To me, it seems like the Mc Crispy Strips & the chicken inside the snack wrap was cooked, frozen & then shipped to the store.. Then reheated before serving..
