Service was on point. But the tacos al pastor are over seasoned to the point of a mystery meat. The torta was good, but it was missing the usual condiments with only lettuce cheese and meat inside. Sad to say, this was not the spot

These taste terrible and are overpriced, $3.50 each pastor taco that tasted unseasoned. Almost like a carnitas taste. The onion and cilantro are mixed and the limes are old. Usually limes and salsa will make bad tacos edible but even the salsa is flavorless. I feel bad for Thornton residents

I read a few comments before hand and Yes food is expensive. The days of paying 1-2 dollars per taco are passed us. The men working here are busting there ass of. They are not unhappy, its 100 degrees in front of the burner.
They have a solid selection of salsas and condiments. Proud of you guys.

AL PASTOR 3 stars.
I honestly coudl distinguish the asada from el pasto much, maybe o got al pasto from orior batch. I asked for best tacos but since i really enjoyed the birrea tacos order 2 more.
They have a nice salsa setup even a mango pico de gallo. It might of been mkssing some flavor but was good maybe tad spicy for most i ate it mostly on its own so did get a good crunch from the serranos.
The salsa bar had limes and about 4 salsas.
Had a chile seco salsa dark red…, they had a chile de arbol or abanerk which went well with ehe birrea and had more flavor . The other salsa is more like chili oil paste..they also had a green salsa which goes well and combined amd tasted great on the birrea.
The staff is greta the service is fast and just if anything maybe toetilla could be heated a bit more but the toerillas are good quality and are soft and dont break apart much.

I would not consider coming to this place if you would like to try tacos. Over priced , the al pastor was salty and over seasoned , the tortilla was extremely soggy , the salsa was to watered down, they also gave more onion than cilantro, tacos were a disappointment.

This is a complicated review. On one hand, their Al pastor is really good! They’re also open later, which is nice. On the other hand, they’re a little pricy for what you get, and you only get one tortilla per taco.. my favorite taco place goes for $2 per taco (and $1 on special) for superior tacos. And finally, stay FAR, FAR away from their barbacoa. It’s slimey and has an almost spoiled flavor. A real shame.

Tacos are ok. Nothing special. Service could be better. It almost felt as if they are doing you a favor by selling you tacos. I paid close to $57 for 12 tacos and 2 drinks. At the end of they day these are street tacos that you eat standing up in a parking lot. For $60 I can sit down in many other restaurants and eat a full meal.
