We have tried numerous Chinese restaurants in the Lehigh Valley. We occasionally try a new one in hopes of experiencing stellar cuisine. After looking at some of the reviews, my local guides I thought this place would be worth a try. I ordered online and was good. It was easy to order on the interface, including adding custom request like “no onions”. It is in a strip ball so parking is easy and adequate.

I was taken back when I saw the counter. It appears tired and cries for a coat of paint on the baseboards. She a video and judge for yourself. There are several tables and you could conceivably eat there. They do not appear to be any restrooms.

Of course, the food is the most important thing when evaluating a restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not live up to some of the stellar reviews. The chow fun was soggy and overcooked. It was quite salty as if it had been soaked in soy sauce. The MaPo tofu had no flavor at all. it is one of the dishes. I often use to evaluate Chinese restaurants. While everyone makes theirs different. It is a good test of the chef. This was one of the worst versions I have had. The egg roll and chicken with cashew nuts were acceptable, but strictly average.

I understand the difficulties of running a restaurant and I don’t minimize the challenges. Nevertheless, in the end, it is about the quality of the food . There are better options in the Quaker town/ Center, Valley, Bethlehem area.

I was in town for work and didn’t feel like going out. I had placed order and within 30 min I had my meal! I wasn’t expecting much being delivery but this surpassed my expectations, everything was hot and delicious!! They offered very large portions and at a great price. I recommend!

We’ve been coming here for years but haven’t been lately because we’ve been trying to save money. Food quality has gone DOWN! The pork fried rice barely had pork, the boneless pork spare ribs were all fatty pieces, the general tso’s chicken was all batter, the chicken chow fun tasted awful (like expired chicken) and the eggrolls barely had filling in them except cabbage. Needless to say, we will NOT be back.

This used to be our “go to” for Chinese Takeout. What happened? We’ve noticed price increases (no different than anywhere else) and a disturbing drop in food quality. Example: Wonton Soup. Used to be that there was some pork strips in it as well as chopped scallions. Now there’s nothing but some tired wontons floating around in a clear broth that seems to taste more like dishwater than soup. The food used to be something special… hard to explain. Now it’s the same old stuff you can get across the street where the service is sub-standard but the prices are much lower. What happened here? New ownership? Different food distributor? This is just sad. This was our third time “giving it another shot just in case it was an accident” but, for me, third time’s the charm. I’ll be going elsewhere or making it myself at home.

The worse pork fry rice I have ever eaten in my life I will never buy from them again. Some of my rice grains are hard they aren’t even cooked fully through the rice don’t even taste like Chinese rice. Unbelievable !!!

I always judge Chinese restaurants based on the hunan chicken, and this place is on point. It’s just the right amount of heat. The lo mein and fried rice are also really good. The checkout lady is super nice!

Really good food. Loved the freshness of the food. Ribs were really good, tender. Crab Rangoon are excellent and nicely filled. Shrimp curry was tasty, spicy. Several other dishes were all excellent. If your near the Casino it’s about 3.3 miles away so 10 min drive. Not problem getting there.

Embark on a culinary journey at this establishment, where your taste buds may not be in for a delightful experience. The shrimp roll, unfortunately, falls short of expectations, appearing limp and soggy instead of the desired crunchiness. The ambiance of the place may not be the most inviting, with clutter detracting from the dining atmosphere. The rice lacks flavor, and the chicken and broccoli plate disappoints with a scanty serving of chicken.

Despite a disappointing first visit, I ventured back for a second chance, hoping for an improvement. However, my experience did not fare any better. The beef and broccoli with fried rice, priced at a steep $14, left much to be desired. The portion contained minimal beef, overshadowed by an overwhelming amount of broccoli. While the shrimp roll may have shone brighter on the initial visit, subsequent experiences failed to meet expectations.

If you’re seeking an honest dining experience, this establishment may not be the ideal choice. Proceed with caution and manage your expectations accordingly when considering a visit.

Do not order the garlic chicken and expect chicken. There was no chicken. Just hard vegetables in sauce. I have never been disappointed by a restaurant until now. I have very low standards. Cold soup out of a can is gourmet to me. I feel more mocked than cheated. It was so horrible, I thought this was a prank.
