Ordered 12/29/25 dinner time on line.paid for it online. Pizza was burnt and dry like cardboard. Wings were dry and they ran out of it the sweet and spicy sauce . The buffalo cheesy bread Is actually a smaller order than what they used to be. When I asked for a manager, no manager on duty food prep look like high school kids obviously no experience. The young girl who Made a pizza had an attitude when the front counter asked her about making another pizza. How long would it take. I left Without .They don’t know what they’re doing…The quality of the food has gone downhill tremendously. I never see anyone of the ownership present at the store clearly tells me that they don’t care about their customers. The only reason I go here once in a while is because I live in town and it’s a five minute drive however, my number of visits will be cut back dramatically unless they improve the quality of their food. For a franchise business, they are not holding up to the standard that is required.

After waiting over an hour resulting in a refund from the warren store, I placed an online order with Barrington. Well after an hour and fifteen minutes, no delivery, I call and they sent the order to the warren store. Now my refund is taking “several days” I don’t know what’s up with piezonis but gets your acts together. I order every other day, no lie, but no more. Three hours waiting for food that’s never coming.

Terribly over priced. Two sizes that fit no one. Either spend $30 on a giant pizza that you will throw half out or $15 on a small that feeds half a person. The people are nice but until they improve I’ll go somewhere else

awful, we have had 2 bad experiences in the past and I thought I would give them one more shot tonight, $50 and the pizza was soggy and wet, couldn’t even pick it up, wings were chewy, no celery sticks, considering the amount of pizza places in the area I will never order from here again.

Nice little pizza joint. Service is great. They’re really on top of it. The pizza is pretty good! I’ve resisted going here after my kids repeatedly asked me. I should have listened to them. I’ve had the Maui and a couple of others. My kids always get salads and cheesy bread. I like the crust, crunchy, and chewy. It’s worth a try if you haven’t already!

If I could give zero I would! Normally we don’t have any problems with this store! Today we ordered at 5:30pm, it is now almost 7pm and we are still waiting on our delivery! 1 1/2 hours for 2 small pizzas and 2 salads…is a little ridiculous.
We called and told them we are still waiting and we’re told, “well, he left, and we have no way of getting in touch with him to see where he is!”

I ordered an XL pepperoni pizza on Friday, 1/26/24 , and it took over an hour to get to me. And when it did get to me it was cold.
I called and the manager apologized and offered me a credit for another pizza.
I used the credit today ,1/28/24 , for another pizza. And AGAIN the pizza got here and it was COLD.
I normally LOVE Piezonis. It’s literally my favorite pizza. But I’m extremely disappointed that two orders in a row came cold.
I wont be ordering again for a long time.

Consistency is definite not their strong point. I’ve ordered from several Piezoni locations and this one by far is the worst. I’ve never had any issues at the other locations. I pretty much always order the mixed greens pizza. Sometimes it’s cut through but mostly not. Sometimes there’s enough dressing to actually taste but usually not. Pull a slice out (try to) and the slice just breaks in half. Order a regular pepperoni pizza. Will it be a thin crust or a thick crust? Dealer’s choice. So much sauce and minimal cheese. Maybe just maybe you might get more than just lettuce in the Buffalo chicken salad. Depends on the mood I guess.

Recommend everyone who has not tried it to do so!!! Very delicious! Second time this week! Love how HEALTHY And FRESH the menu is. Took my daughter over the weekend and she loved it, brought my boyfriend a steak and cheese sub to go and he couldn’t believe how good it was so had to come try it in person. We are so lucky to live a 5 minute walk from PieZonis in Barrington, our new favorite GO TO place!! The establishment is very clean and the employees were nice. The girl that took our order and served us was very helpful and attentive!!
