Friendly staff and quick drive thru furva hot coffee. The peppermint fit Christmas is good. They have a tip jar at the drive through window but there’s no table service…. The entrance and exit from the parking lot has a lot of road debris which can pop your tires. Be careful

There’s a barista there in the early mornings that seems to have a goal of being as rude and disrespectful as possible. No, I don’t know all the ingredients to your drinks. That’s why i came here instead of making it myself. I didn’t think asking the question was unreasonable. How am I supposed to know how many squirts of flavor go into a latte? Why are you making it so complicated to place an order? Aren’t you supposed to be helping me?
This girl has been snarky before but my last visit is THE last visit because she makes it awful every single time. The one that does the fake high school cheerleader act. The passive aggression isn’t even veiled. Your customers aren’t supposed to know you don’t like them. Close the window when you talk crap. The things I heard her say about me weren’t even appropriate to be said in the workplace at all. I don’t remember the girls name but she looked young enough to be in high school and acted like she was. Is no one else hearing her? It looked like everyone had a big laugh because I don’t know what a latte is. I just know I’d like one.

This is my local Starbucks where I regularly visit the people I consider some of the happiest, kindest, and most thoughtful on the planet! Abby, Romeo, Kimberly, Alyssa, and the whole team make fantastic drinks. Exactly the way I request, and they have the best smiles when you come to the window. Starbucks is great–sure–but this team is why I visit there just about everyday!

Stopped here while traveling. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this one is necessary. The guy taking our order had his hand in his mouth on his teeth you couldn’t understand a word he said nor could you hear him. Then he proceeded to make our coffees without washing his hands! I’m so disgusted I couldn’t even drink it. Would it not occur to you that you need to wash your hands after they have been all up in your mouth.

I am here frequently but this morning I was there and was shocked at how the manager was treating and speaking to the employees. Then she turned to cash me out and said to me it is really hard to find good employees anymore. I felt so bad for the young lady with red hair because the manager was humiliating her in front of the customers. The whole experience left a very foul taste in my mouth and I am not sure I will return. Dunkin is across the street.
