We were connecting through BNA and I decided to get some food. I saw Shake Shack and decided to try it out, as I’ve never been to one. It was okay…
I got a pretty standard sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. To my surprise, it was just that – pretty standard. I seriously don’t see what the hype is about.
The patty was spiced correctly, the cheese was okay, and the egg was your standard fast food egg. All this for the airport price of just over $6.
If I’m ever at BNA again and have the chance to eat at Shake Shack, I’ll skip it based on this experience.

Update Feb 17, 2026. CHEYeNNE took my order and TAE delivered my flat top dog and red eye shake made either coffee frozen custard and toffee bitts. TAE worked quickly to make orders that were personally made not fast food. He wished me a nice day!
SHANIQUA and DEE provided great service at Shake Shack today by gate C14 in C concourse. The Chicken Shack on lettuce was awesome. Of course I had to have the red eye shake made of coffee frozen custard with toffee and topped with whipped cream and toffee bits.
They also offer Coca-Cola ® products and lemonade and tea.
Tables are shared with other venues and include high tops, accessible tables, and sofa chairs with a low table
Menu is white background with small letters fairly readable with glare
Accessible restrooms for men and women nearby with all hands free operations.
Paid accessible airport parking.

I stopped at the Shake Shack in the Nashville airport between flights and was really disappointed with the experience. The employees seemed uninterested in helping customers and had noticeably negative attitudes.
On top of that, the single burger I ordered—$8—came plain with nothing on it. No pickle, no lettuce, nothing. For the price, I expected at least the standard toppings.
Overall, it was not a good experience, and I won’t be stopping here again.

Had the avocado bacon burger and curly fries. The burger was okay. Been wanting to try and compare to other ‘healthier’ burger chains. Really appreciate that their beef and chicken are humanely raised without hormones and antibiotics. Not too long of a wait for my food while waiting for my flight to board while at BNA.

This is in an airport. It was not busy. Maybe a couple of customers. Took 21 minutes to get 2 burgers and a shake. Typically at an airport you are trying to catch a flight. Took too long and the burger was just ok.
Said everything was included and that there was no extra charge for crispy onions and whipped cream… yea, they charged me. I am fine to pay but it is a terrible way to manage customer expectations.

Don’t bother going here! $75 for 3 people gets you a milk (milk shake that’s made first and then you wait 30min for the rest of the food), small mediocre burger, and staff that DOES NOT care!
I understand I should probably lower my expectations yet wanted to share with others that you will have a better and cheaper meal elsewhere!

Had breakfast while waiting on my flight. Had the sausage, cheese, and double egg sandwich and it was delicious. The person who took my order was nice. It took about 7 minutes to get my food. I will come back.

Disgusting, just ate here, have been to stand alone Shake Shacks before, first time in an airport, mushroom burger must have been frozen for a year, tough and gobs and gobs of cheese inside the fried shroom burger- messy and disgusting. Will never visit Shake Shack again. Waste of money. Also, the people in the back moving at a snails pace- they hate their job and I would too.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews! I got a double Shack Burger and cheese fries here and it was phenomenal, just as good as the location downtown on Broadway. Most airports do not have food this good!
