I just swung by the newly remodeled Subway, and holy sandwich gods, it’s like they sprinkled fairy dust and optimism all over the place! The store looks so fresh and inviting, I half-expected a choir of veggies to serenade me as I walked in. The staff? Absolute legends. They were slinging subs with the speed of caffeinated cheetahs and the charm of a rom-com lead—pretty sure one of them winked at me while perfectly aligning my pickles. The whole vibe screams “eat fresh,” and I’m already plotting my next visit. Five stars, Subway, you’ve turned a quick bite into a freakin’ delight!

Very rude and 0 customer service. I placed an order from the app and went to pick it up. When I got home I realized the order was wrong. I ordered Philly steak but received chicken. I went back and instead of acknowledging or a simple apology and remaking it, the lady working asked with an attitude you don’t eat chicken? Why not? Interesting approach to take but good luck to others that come here!

The food was good, but the older lady working there was very judgmental. As I was making my sandwich, she kept asking, “Are you sure?” in a way that felt unnecessary and implying something. It made the experience uncomfortable even though the food itself was fine.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first time I ordered through the app, I walked in to pick up, only said my name, and got yelled at for being 5 minutes early to pick up.
Today I begrudgingly ordered from them on the app again because the app “claimed” that this location accepted a coupon that my regular location did not. Yeah right, now I know better. I instantly got emails that my order was confirmed…then canceled by the Shop.
When I called, the lady who answered was very rude and was shouting at someone in another language (I couldn’t tell if it was at me or another employee) I spelled my name, described my order, and explained the situation three times before she just hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN am I straying from my other location. These people must not want to make any money and might as well close shop.

Go to a different subway. I use to go here for a long time cause it is closest to my home and it was always terrible going here. Got into a verbal argument with an employee cause he didn’t like people who use coupons, they hate coupons at this location and always rude here (just like other reviews say). And tried to give me tiny portions on my sub because of it. I told them to throw both subs away.
The atmosphere here is always 0/10. the employees customer service is always a 1/10. The food compared to other locations is bad. Just drive to a different location.

Subway restaurants are a dime a dozen and almost as available as McDonald’s. However this location should be avoided at all cost because of the atrocious staff working there. You are glared at walking in, the workers are incredibly unfriendly, there’s a 90% chance they’ll screw up your order and when you do they’ll yell at you for coming back to have it fixed. The only way I would ever go back is if it’s under new management and completely re staffed with worth while employees. My final recommendation for customers is to eat somewhere else and help this location go out of business.

They had Veggie Patties! Always a huge win for me. Subway as a chain has excellent ingredients, with a strong balance of Healthy / tasty selections.
The restaurant was very clean, and the food was fresh.
It seemed like the team members were a little on edge, but they were also very courteous and helpful.
Would go again.

VERY RUDE ! usually when I go inside the man makes my sandwich with no problem & when i ask for extra topping no problem! So tonight i go in there & the lady made my sandwich when i asked for extra mayo and extra pickles she had the nerve to tell me “ you keep asking for extra “ i said okay usually when i come in & the men makes my sub i have no problem! she had the never to say “ you ask but we don’t do “ never going back to this establishment! nasty attitude wish i can report her !
