I recently ordered a burrito bowl with chips and guacamole, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The bowl was well-balanced with perfectly seasoned rice, tender chicken, and fresh toppings. I love how customizable the meals are — you can really build it exactly how you like it.
The guacamole was definitely the highlight. It tasted fresh, and perfectly seasoned, and the chips were the perfect crisp.

They don’t fully cook brown rice. Almost broke my teeth multiples times and I’m only 20 bites into my bowl. Everything else was great, but please fully cook the brown rice mix next time

I ordered a burrito for pick up and WOW! Whoever wrapped my burrito was like a burrito wrapping god or something. I like to order extra corn and fajita veggies but I know it can be hard to fit in one burrito, and some locations can’t. But this location really exceeded my expectations! Me and my boyfriend was so excited to try this new chipotle. We came and the staff was very sweet. But for the first time our food should not be freezing cold. The chicken and steak wasn’t fresh whatsoever. Very disappointed as it was my boyfriend’s first time trying chipotle. Chips were also stale. Pls do better at keeping things fresh for customers.Dont wanna spend 50 dollars and eat cold food.

I have placed at least four orders through the app for drive through and pick up. None of them have been correct. It is frustrating that you can’t call and speak with someone in person about the issue. I love Chipotle and this issue is not up to standard with the Chipotle I know from living in denver. Tonight I tipped on the app thinking I would be more likely to have a correct order but nope! I tried to give it sufficient chances, but I guess waiting in line is the only option. Please do better! Frustrated for sure.

This is BY FAR the worst “fast” food restaurant in town. I’ve ordered from here 5 different times over the few months theyve been opened. I LOVE chipotle and was hoping I’d have at least one okay experience, but that never happens. They always take forever to give you cold food or not everything that you ordered. Literally could travel to the next closest chipotle, sit down, eat, and drive back before this one in town would have a successful order ready for me. It’s unacceptable that they’re still struggling this bad. 0 stars wouldn’t recommend. They need to change or they’re gonna ruin the reputation for people that aren’t familiar with how life-changing this establishment has the potential to become.

This is, hands down, consistently the worst Chipotle in existence.
Even if there is no line (inside or in the pickup lane) it always takes FOREVER to get food. The food all looks like it’s been sitting on the line all afternoon, or is empty and not being refilled. The beans all look refried, and the refried are downright crispy. The rice is hard and dry. Staff appear to just stand around ifnoring customers instead of making food or running the register. Food ordered via the app is ALWAYS wrong or missing items/ingredients.
Zero stars, do not recommend.

My wife and I visited between the hours of 11:30 and 1:30 on 1-4-26 and found the bathrooms to be dirty, tables and seating to be messy with other people’s food, and witnessed the cashier (who I think was the shift leader) being rude and unhelpful adding to long lines and wait times. The food was just okay, but the experience was not worth the 40 dollars we spent to eat. The only one’s who seemed to care about anything was the gentleman manning the grill and one of the guys making the food.

I’m a big Chipotle fan and was really excited when this new location opened, but unfortunately the experience has been disappointing.
Over my last three visits using the Chipotlane, I’ve consistently received the wrong order, sometimes an entirely different bowl, other times someone else’s food in a bag with my name on it. Even when the right order does show up, the rice is often undercooked and hard, and the chicken has several tough, unchewable pieces. The queso on my last two visits arrived as a cold, gelatinous chunk instead of being hot and creamy.
I’ve really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, especially when it was new and busy, but now that the rush has died down, the service and food quality still haven’t improved. I truly hope management takes a closer look at consistency and training — I’d love to see this location meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.
Update: 10/12/25: I visited today to redeem a free guacamole reward, and I was given the wrong order again in the Chipotlane.
