The food is made very sloppy, adding to much sauce, ketchup, and lettuce, dripping everywhere, and this isn’t just 1 time at this location it’s every time! More than 10 times iv ordered from this place to where iv asked to get my money back for how poorly the food is made, i would ask to make me a new one but im also afraid of someone spitting in my food knowing this generation of employees at McDonalds

Place is very small inside. We got our order but took a bit. But while sitting a lot of people waiting for their orders to be corrected. A lot of wrong orders and the worst part. They don’t give refills. We asked the girl at the register and she was told by the manager not to give refills. So not worth eating in either. No refills is crazy. Wont be returning. It sucks because we were excited to finally have a mcdonalds in adelanto. And the person hardly stays on the register because their so busy with orders. Instead of the manager or someone else going in and out. Hope they get better and give refills.for people eating in.

Nice customer service but I when I got my food my drink was missing and my food was barely even warm and my kids toy was missing. Then another time I had an online order for a kids meal and I NEVER GOT IT Please double check with customers on their order and be responsible.

I ordered food through Uber eats and they got the order completely wrong and fries were stale and cold even though I asked for no salt. Then I asked for a remake and they told me to just get a refund. I wanted my food remade. I was hungry. Never will I order from this place again. I will stick to my McDonald’s on palmdale and elvado.

This is the highest rating I’ve ever given McDonald’s in a long time because late one night was the only McDonald’s to service any kind of a pie and when they did it came fresh out of the oven and they were hot gooey deliciousness the bear valley/ 15fwy location should be avoided if possible:)

Not only are they newly open and at first, I said the same thing they are just starting but walking into the establishment they’re still working inside. How are you guys functioning while still having workers work inside of your store second you guys have a waiting for an order for over 20 minutes ! When we get our food it’s cold and when we get home, we find out that we’re missing food ! What a waste of money you are spending here just drive the extra three minutes and go to a better McDonald’s ! You guys should not be open if you guys can’t even manage simple things! We paid over $40 ! This is just ridiculous !!!!

Literally always have to have my burgers remade when I come here
They charge for extra everything and I pay it then they hand me a regular burger and I have to have it remade
Today however they took my burger back thru the window proceeded to bring me back the same exact burger and a side of onion instead of remaking my sandwich
I did not trust it I threw it away and will be moving forward with a complaint if this continues to happen if I pay for extra read the promoter and make it heavy like a fat back ordered the sandwich it’s not that hard dude

Place always takes forever to bring out food or even one drink!! When they do, the full order isn’t even out in one go. Always have to wait for something for an excessive amount of time, no matter how big or small the order is or how crowded or not crowded the place is.
