In 1978, Jet’s Pizza¬¨¬®‚àö√ú founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s¬¨¬®‚àö√ú location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. Order a pizza on 12/27/2025 at 3:02 pm it said 45 50 mins so was expecting it to be there at like 3:55 pm get a call from the delivery at 4:20 30 mins late already tells me he is on his way that he new and dont know the area and that he had 6 delivery before mine so mine been sitting in his bag now for 30 mins I tell him if it’s not hot I’m no expecting it. Gets to the house at 4:32 trys giving me a cold pizza we a free pop i told him I didn’t want it pizza was cold not even hot and he’s delivered to my house several times before so how are you new to the area very very upset had people waiting to eat at the house ended up order from some were else thanks alot jet’s.

Good pizza, but since they got greedy and added a good 20% or more to all of their prices on doordash, they are no longer worth the cost. No one is paying 25$ for a small pizza from a chain restaurant.

This was my first and last time ordering from this location. The pizza they gave me was not fresh and did not have the turbo crust I asked for. I arrived 15 minutes after ordering it and it was already lukewarm. I could tell it has been sitting for hours. It looks like they reheated it with the Parmesan after letting it sit and go bad. I ordered two pizzas 5 hours ahead of time on Saturday the 9th. I ordered the barbecue chicken and regular pepperoni, they were both delicious. But I have to say that the barbecue chicken was outstanding. Perfect amount of sauce, perfect amount of chicken, perfect amount of cheese. It was delicious!!

Feb. 14th, 2019: I decided to get a heart-shaped pizza for once. I was very disappointed. The pizza didn’t look like the picture on Jet’s website. I thought it would be a larger pizza and a deep dish pizza with sauce & topping edge to edge per the picture. I was wrong. It had a lot of crust on a SMALL pizza.
I decided to get a Hungry Howie’s heart-shaped pizza and compare the two. Both pizzas are a “well done”, green pepper topping pizza with flavored crust. H.H. was like a deep dish, so it had more cheese & topping. I did like the taste on both pizzas but leaned toward the H.H. because there was more cheese & topping.
I liked how H.H. gave you the pan.

I’m giving another star. Even though we were not happy with the Valentine’s pizza, we like getting the small “lunch special” pizza, which is very good. Recently, there was a delay in getting the pizza. I was offered a free bottle of soda for the inconvenience. I thought that was very nice. AND I was very happy to see a diet Mt. Dew.

I bought this bottle of Italian dressing yesterday which was July 6, 2022. After eating my salad I realized the expiration date was JUNE 8th, 2022. I called the store and they insisted that my dressing was made fresh the day I ordered it. No apology. No offer to replace it. Not happy with Jets right now.

Ordered a large Eugene Supreme with extra sauce for pickup Saturday (12/14).
Pizza was ready on time and cooked well. It was not the not the best we have had from this Jets, but it did the job.
Seems like they have been getting a bit skimpy with the cheese recently so they lost a star.
Took a couple pictures before the pizza disappeared, sorry they are a bit fuzzy.
