Additionally i ordered the spicy red salsa and not sure when they made it or how long its been out but it tastes fermented and like alcohol.
His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he took the time to explain the various options and make personalized recommendations based on my preferences. It’s rare to find someone so invested in ensuring customers have a fantastic experience. John’s passion for the food truly shone through as he described the fresh ingredients and unique flavors that make Moe’s stand out.
What really impressed me was his attention to detail. John made sure my order was prepared just the way I wanted, and he even suggested pairing my meal with one of their delicious salsas that perfectly complemented the flavors. Throughout my visit, he checked in to ensure everything was to my liking and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience.
The atmosphere at Moe’s is already lively and fun, but John’s energy and positive attitude added an extra layer of enjoyment to my meal. It’s employees like him that make a restaurant truly special. I left feeling satisfied not just with the delicious food but also with the exceptional service I received.
If you find yourself at Moe’s Southwest Grill, make sure to say hello to John Parker. His dedication and commitment to customer service are truly commendable, and he deserves all the recognition for making my visit unforgettable! I can’t wait to come back and enjoy another meal, knowing that I’ll be greeted by such a great worker.
From the moment I walked into Moe’s Southwest Grill, I knew I was in for a treat—but what truly elevated my experience from great to unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by John Parker.
John was the definition of hospitality: warm, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic. As soon as I stepped through the door, he greeted me with the iconic “Welcome to Moe’s!” in a way that felt completely sincere and full of energy—not just routine. He guided me through the menu with ease, offering expert recommendations and making sure I got exactly what I wanted (and more).
My burrito was delicious, the toppings were fresh, and everything was served lightning-fast, but what really stuck with me was how John managed the whole line with a smile, treating every customer with respect and personality. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and brings such good vibes to the entire atmosphere.
If you’re going to Moe’s, do yourself a favor and hope John Parker is working—he turns a great meal into an exceptional experience. Moe’s is lucky to have him, and customers like me are even luckier!
My rice was crunchy. I politely asked for a refund and was told to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting I moved my food to the start of the line and waited on yet another line of customers to be served. I was met with disrespect and hostility. A employee JC threatened to physically harm me. Police will be involved soon. Employees act like a group of thugs baiting customers into confrontation. I don’t know what kind of circus the owner is running but it’s deplorable.
Update: there was a police report made along with witnesses.
