Hello, I came at 9:40 PM today. There was a guy who was working. His name is Freddy. I especially asked what’s your name. He is awesome. He’s so kind so Kind he has smile on his face every second when he was talking to me, I’ve never seen someone this good behavior. I’m very surprised and nowadays it’s really really hard to find people like this. I have my own restaurant too and he is awesome. Best customer service I’ve ever had and he made my foot-long. Very very tasty. I appreciate you man. I really do. Thank you for your best. Best customer service and for selling good examples love the service. Love the food.

Waked in at 8:45 PM to order for 4 people with my happy face on. I had their orders all written down in my phone since I supposed I was not quick enough for the employee to tell her what type of breads I needed she was huffing and puffing, visually irritated and slamming her little pink knife as if that was going to make me go any faster. I asked her if she was alright or she wanted to catch an attitude. She said “well we are about to close” . I reminded her that they close at 9 and if she is upset then I recommend them close at 8:30PM. After I asked her to adjust her attitude as it was not my problem and tell her there are better jobs with better pays out there she proceeded to do my orders.She was no longer showing attitude and possibly she learned the lesson to have customer service skills if not she is in the wrong job. Called corporate and made sure I reached the owner to let him know she might need more training.

This location will cheat you out if the bottle sodas if your order online. I ordered a meal with a 20 oz bottle Pepsi, but when I went to pick it up, they tried to charge me $4 for the bottle and I couldn’t verify because my receipt wasn’t showing up on the app when I was at the store. It seemed like the guy was going to argue with me about the bottle soda so I took the fountain drink.

I would like to report a disappointing experience I had at your establishment on Easter. Despite ordering two sandwiches and specifying two fountain waters, I was charged two bottled waters instead. When my wife and I attempted to rectify this error and request a refund for the bottled waters, we were met with extreme rudeness from the staff member on duty. It is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in such a condescending and disrespectful manner.

Furthermore, when I requested a corporate contact number, the staff member refused to provide one and blatantly said what for, and when I asked to speak to the store manager, I was simply directed to a plaque on the wall. This level of dismissiveness and lack of accountability is deeply concerning.

I expect better from your establishment and would appreciate prompt action to address this matter. I kindly request that someone from your management team reach out to me to discuss this unfortunate incident and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The only reason I put one stars. Because there’s not a lower rating. It is ridiculous that the sandwich that I got had absolutely no. Vegetables, the cheese looks like something that was processed and run over and the meat is barely noticeable. You might need a microscope. I am super offended that. They won’t even pick up the phone and their voicemail is not set up so. For your own sake and your health, stay away from this particular subway

I ordered curbside when I got to the restaurant. I sat there for like 15 minutes then I called and asked her about my order. The girl said it’s ready I said OK well I’m already here. She said oh and hung up. Then I see her walk to the lobby and start sweeping totally ignoring me, so I waited for her to finish then I called again. The guy inside did his hand up like answer the phone she swung her hand up like when you say who cares and continued what she was doing. Never answered the phone, then went and got the bag, btw I ordered a veggie salad that was it , she came outside and almost threw it in my window at me. I grabbed it and left. I will be the professional here, I will also never visit this location again!

I liked it, I got a soup and i could just tell it was recently made, it was super hot and really good! They’re clean and its a really little spot but they make it work, they even have seating inside. Please try to have patience with people who are training:( someone went in there and got upset bc the lady was a little slow but shes LEARNING, I think we’ve all been there at some point, we need to understand others! Anyways aside from that there was nothing negative about my visit.

The worker was AMAZING because he was the only one in staff and their was a long line of customers. The thing that got on my nerves was that this women ordered a sub footlong but didn’t know their was pork in it. She thought the teen knew her religion and got mad and stormed out. Then this man ordered a sub and everything went smooth until he got to the register, were he said he wanted another sub when their was a long line. The staff member told him if he could please wait a second. The man got mad and called his wife and the wife mad a BIG scene on how to treat customers and stormed out too. I feel so bad for the teen because he was sooo nice.
