This is my local Papa Johns location. I swore I would stop going here but I decided to try again because I got a good promotional email. For those that love Papa Johns this is a disappointing location due to inaccuracy of orders. Ordered a sausage picked up a cheese. This seems to be a frequent issue. I’m not giving up on them, but I think three stars is appropriate.

Papa John’s is fast and also really good. It’s pizza takeout on busy school nights that saves us some days. They also have wings, cookies and other yummy treats. This location delivers to Carlton Woods and knows the correct gate protocols. I have never had bad pizza here. Delivery can be contactless if you wish.

I order from this store pretty regularly and that’s why I gave it a two stars.
I ordered a regular crust, extra sauce with the Parm Crust.
They messed up the pizza and gave me a thin crust. They realized the mistake when I was standing in the store. Instead of asking if I’d be ok with it or asking if I’d wait for it to be made right. They tried to cover it up by added cold parm sauce to the edge of the pizza and sent me on my way.
Just ask next time. I am more than willing to wait for it to be redone. 🙂

Papa John’s Pizza never disappoints! Their pizzas are consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of sauce and toppings. But the desserts are the real hidden gems—especially the brownies, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. The brownie is rich, fudgy, and indulgent, while the chocolate chip cookie is perfectly baked, chewy, and warm. And don’t get me started on the cinnamon rolls—they’re soft, gooey, and covered in just the right amount of sweet icing. Truly the perfect finish to any meal. Highly recommend!

Where’s the rest of the ingredients? I ordered a 3-topping pizza with extra cheese. This isn’t it! This pizza is missing some stuff. I brought this to the attention of the person at the front counter. He basically told me that they had been putting “too much” on the pizza in the past and Papa John’s is retraining them to correct that. I won’t be going back to this or probably any other Papa John’s.

Ordered the garden veggie papa bowl and it looks nothing like the photos on the website. Also mine looked like it was missing items and half eaten when I received it. The cost is too expensive if this what these bowls are. I would not recommend this based of my experience. Maybe a different location makes them different but this was not worth $10.

I love to come here in order my pizza it’s always hot I have one issue sometimes they teach you on the meat that goes on the pizza depends on the cook that’s making the pizza and one thing to remember always tell them no pepper I ordered a pizza and a drown the pizza in pepper seasoning
