Every time I come, they are out of ingredients and this is around dinner time. They used to close at 9pm and then extended their hours until 11pm. But WHY??!!?? They never have any food!!! Smh
3 days ago, I went around 7pm, and was told they were out of chicken and it would be 15 minutes. I returned and they said they were out of 3 meats now; chicken, steak, and carne asada and it would be 15 minutes again. Then, they have the nerve to have an attitude, because I told them that’s what they said 15 minutes ago. They tried to explain their food went to drive thru and people coming in. So…why don’t you just make more or enough food??!!?? …At one time smfh The cooked food sits in the warmer anyway, clearly, they’re busy. Poor attitude, poor customer service, poor training, etc…the list goes on and on.
This is just one incident from last night. Two months ago (Nov 2025), I had another similar incident. They were “out” of burritos, white rice, black beans, lettuce, fajitas, spoons, etc. I also saw multiple people come in and were told they had no food (named each item…which was at least 8 items) and they left…which can’t be good for business!
Anyways, I can go on and on about this disappointing experience! But more importantly it does not meet your standards and values!!!
So I emailed Alexis Simmons….no response! I had taken photos which I’ll post now. I emailed her again last night!
On top of that, this place is filthy and they do not restock! Their staff is not even eating there. They’re having McDonald from across the street. They had two people working at drive thru, one “cooking”, 3 staff cutting/prepping food (what food??), 2 people at their serving line and one cashier, so they do not appear short staff.
This place is mismanaged and younger employees, who are improperly trained (I believe). These are the worst (and I’ve tried multiple times) experiences and location for their brand!!! This place needs a miracle!!
I also tried to email the corporate and any other emails they have. It doesn’t work!! Their email address is a bounce back saying the email address is invalid. What a scam!!!
I called the this Chipotle and asked for a manager (something I HATE doing). The manager kept cutting me off insisting it was a tear (even without seeing the pictures) and cutting me off telling me that they cannot redeliver to me. Redeliver?! I don’t want to eat from that location again. This is bizarre and unacceptable. Either it’s disgusting or it’s gross negligence.
The manager kept offering to remake the burrito and have me come and pick it up. So, you’re telling me I have to; 1. Eat at a location I no longer feel safe eating at and 2. Eat the delivery fee and drive to their location after I have settled in for the night?
I specifically asked if I could have two Entree vouchers that I could use at a different Chipotle location, one to cover the dinner I can’t eat and the other to cover the cost of delivery. They said they would only replace the burrito. I’m disgusted especially because I have given them so much business with their over priced burritos.
This is sad. I have ordered both pick up and delivery so many times since this location opened. At this point it’s not just a “bad burrito” I feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer.
