They take to long and they burned the food I was over charge for what i ordered. If it wasn’t burn’t or such a ridiculous small piece of meat I wouldn’t complain but I had too because this plate and the rest of the food I ordered was ridiculous and I will never go again…sorry I try to support local foods but when things like this happen now I understand why people go out of town to eat

Never going to this place Ever Again.
It was ok, when they mess up my order, they would make me a new one.
Like usual they gave me asada cali burito, when I ordered carnitas cali burito.
So they made me a new one . That’s the picture of the carnitas cali burito (new ) they made for me . Taste nasty *****. There was no ounce of carnitas, the fries was boiled and still raw. Just look at it and tell me is that a carnitas cali burrito .
I recommend go to Robertitos.
Ps. Hardly anyone speaks English, so I can’t even complain or anything but write this review. Tired of my order being wrong. I hope they fire the person that made this carnitas cali burrito.

Just picked an order that was called in by phone. I ordered 9 meals. When my sister got home with meals we were short one meal and tortillas that went to another meal. I immediately called back and person who answered the phone left me on hold for 5 minutes before coming back to tell me that she had bagged my order and she saw my meal in the bag when she bagged it. I again told her it was not in there and she said sorry it was in there. She would not give me her managers number and said there is no one else I can talk to. Very disappointed in this place. We have a large family and order take out every few weeks. Well you lost our business forever.

Super disappointed, their food is pretty good but the service is so bad. We waited 25 mins for our food the place was dead. When we noticed our stuff was getting bagged we walked up to the front just to be yelled at by the cook “I can’t tell the fryer to hurry up”. We weren’t saying anything, we didn’t even ask why our food took so long. So her yelling at us was uncalled for. And the cherry on top of this experience, they messed up our order!
Previous times I’ve waited to be helped so the customer service really needs to get better, this is one of our decent spots here in town. But please don’t yell at your customers. Tf.

Was really good before, but I’m changing my review since they dropped the ball on most items. Switched to lesser quality tortillas, doubled price on all items and the wait time is substantially longer than before. I really miss the taco Tuesday deal here but after paying damn near $12 for 3 tacos and a coke I decided to look else where for my taco and burrito needs.

Never really had a problem with supertacos. The times I went the food was always good. This time I ordered a hot Cheeto burrito the chips were stale they said it had nacho cheese but didn’t have any in it. Ordered an horchata it was watery. Very disappointed. Customer service is good tho.

Tacos, tortas, and burritos are GREAT. I come here as often as I can. One downside to eating at the location, though, (if you do dine in) is that you have to keep shooing flies away–they love the food as much as everyone else! Don’t let that deter you from getting food to go, though. It’s worth it!
