Excellent sandwiches and service! I have visited this location three times in the past few weeks. There have been different staff each time. The food was fresh and consistently made. An employee greeted us and each person we talked with was friendly. I noticed they were friendly and respectful to each other too working well together as a team. The store has been very clean each time and staff were visibly busy cleaning all around or prepping in the back. It has been impressive.

I have been here a few times and my order has never been right. For example, today I ordered an Italian sub with onions only and received tomatoes only. You should really consider bringing someone from your store in Johnson city. I eat there at least once a week and they are amazing! You may need to consider new management.

A friend took me for lunch. When she ordered a giant Italian it wasn’t any bigger than my large. When she asked about it, she was told that whoever made rolls hadn’t stretched it enough. She was still charged for a giant. Apparently some of their workers aren’t being trained properly. The sub I got was delicious but you should get what you pay for.

I don’t know if management has changed and that’s why it’s like this but Extremely Extremely Rude Staff, Cross contaminated everything while messing up an order twice! Then took our subs that they messed up and took them apart after they had left the store and rebuilt them. I will be going to the health department and will not come here again or atleast for a long time.

Crazy Good Sub Shop… Subway, Jimmy Johns, etc. and all wanna be’s should just all shut down. Ya can’t compete with JM. Great stuffed sub with all the trimmings. The Jersey Juice can’t be beat. Five Star service and very clean. Terrific crew, very professional and very kind.

They can’t steam,but will put it on a grill to heat it. No toasting either. No brisket mostly cold cuts which all seem to taste alike and very little cheese on the sandwich, definitely not worth coming back for. $38 for two, regular cold sandwich, small bag chips and med Drink.
