I asked how much a meal is with my sandwich and they said like $14. I then I asked how much cheaper it is without the meal. He said he isn’t allowed to “price check.” What? I can’t ask how much the food will cost?

Subway is a prime example of how a company can make below average food, mess up orders, and have very little value in what is being delivered all because of a 15 year old reputation and marketing. I regret getting talked into subway every single time.

By far the best Subway around Logan area they r very welcome & inviting & I have never been told at this location that if I have over 16 sandwiches that they can’t help me & that I would have to make my big order online like I have been told by other Subways in area there’s 6 to 8 ppl in our family & almost everyone gets 2 sandwiches per themselves & I try to make it very easy on the workers at Subway cause most of our kids hate veggies so 80% of our sandwich orders r bread, meat, cheese, sauce & if they want them toasted or not

Horrible service ordered a wrap and they didn’t put the banana peppers I ordered on the wrap called the number and was told they couldn’t do anything but give me a cup of banna peppers. The wrap was also dry as they didn’t put the sauce i ordered. Went in to show them they didn’t put the banana peppers and was told they wouldn’t give me a new one after they touched it with they’re bare hands.The manager was also very rude, horribe management, two members of the staff were laughing at me from the back waste of $10 will not be ordering here again.

I appreciate they were accommodating to us. Our team travelled from SLC. I placed the order at 8:30 the night before for 45 boys and they were ready for pick up at 6:30 pm the next evening. Most places require 2 days notice for large orders. Very good customer service!

Guy charged me 4$ extra for meat when he only gave me 3/4 to begin with, so I basically paid extra to get what you’re normally and regularly supposed to get.
I asked him, “why is this 15 dollars?” he said, “you asked for extra meat”, and I replied “what am I normally supposed to get?” And he said “6 slices x 2”
I paid .50 cents extra a slice and didn’t get what you’re normally supposed to get. Plus, the sandwich was falling apart, it was very sloppy made.

He knew he screwed up too, so he lied to me and said yeah, I gave you 32 slices, went home it was only 24…
