If it were based on flavor alone, I’d make my rating 5 stars. However, since this location has opened I have consistently had something wrong with my takeout orders. I don’t get takeout from here often because of that, but occasionally do with weeks to months in between orders due to convenience/hope for improvement. This past order was missing beans. Also, the amount of chips given for a large chips & queso was laughable.
If you have time to go in, I’d recommend it as I’ve never had an issue with the service or food in person. Otherwise, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Caleb was the person who helped this evening make our meal. The food is always fresh. I prefer the spicy chicken over the regular grilled chicken. Sizes of the bowls are always filling. Good experiences the last 3 times we’ve gone.

My friend Tony invited me to have lunch at the new Qdoba restaurant with his family and him after the church worship service on Sunday morning, which is typically a busy time for most restaurants in Kokomo. I’d never been to Qdoba and I was looking forward to checking it out. My experience was good. I had the Habanero Lime Steak bowl and it tasted fresh and delicious. The portions were ample. The prices may be a little high for that setting, but that’s the way it is most places these days. There was sufficient seating for us, but that may be due to my friend and his family getting there before me and saving us a seat. The staff members were welcoming, helpful, and fast. My first visit to Qdoba was good, but I think they may have insufficient parking during their busiest hours. There were people circling around looking for somewhere to park as I was leaving.

Talk about rude. I walked in and I was standing there waiting for them to help me. They couldn’t even be troubled to say hello. They finished with the order they were making that gal paid and left then from behind me somebody else walks and goes to the counter. They asked his name and handed him a bag of food from the other side of the counter and he turned around and walked out. They still didn’t even say hello. I waited about five more minutes. I walked out myself. I’ll go get my food somewhere where they can greet me.

This ones interesting. This exact bowl in this photo was a 4.5/5 or a 5/5. However that was with their street corn they had. Without that one ingredient this is the most mid version of Chipotle you could have. With the street corn it elevated it and carried it hard. It was so good then! Love the free queso! They have some kind of corn something all the time but it had other things in it that i dont want. I just want corn!

Qdoba = fast, fresh Mexican comfort food. And the Kokomo location DOES NOT disappoint. Very friendly service and speedy prep. Can’t wait to visit again!
