Quick, helpful service, accommodation of food allergies such as peanut oil, and delicious food! About $15 for a warm, hearty meal made with care from a clearly caring and calming environment is perfect for a little pick me up on a chilly day.

Okay the inside looks crazy we all can admit that, I love to try new places good and bad. And so far they had great food, it’s one of those places you gotta give a try , but I’ll came back for sure , I appreciate that the ckn fingers weren’t greasy and the rice noodle yum! The interior felt quite dirty and very outdated, with dust and cobwebs noticeable throughout. A ‘Best of RI’ award from 1992 was on display, which honestly feels like the last time anyone thought highly of it. The chicken teriyaki was rubbery, tough, and lacking in flavor. Overall, not an enjoyable experience

When I walked in and saw the filthy rug I almost walked out, but it was Sunday, I was very hungry and not much else was open. Though I won’t go back.
I don’t know how a business owner can walk into their business and see this and not react by putting down a clean rug. And it wasn’t just the rug. It was dirty all around.
I ordered beef Szechuan. It was very hot so I felt safe. And it was okay. I’ll edit this if the food doesn’t come out so well, if u know what I mean. So far so good.

Small take-out restaurant. Very clean, staff I interacted with was polite. Food was great, good helping of sesame chicken for the price, fresh vegetables. Recommended.

For a Chinese takeout place, this is one of the better choices. I have not ordered from here in a couple of years and when I returned recently, I found out the owners are different. However, they kept the General Tso’s fish in the menu and I was glad about that. Same good quality. Same good taste.
One must not judge the place on ambience–there is no such thing. It is a busy takeout place. Although, I do wonder about the state of the kitchen…nevertheless, with faith, I ordered.
Ah, so the food is good quality and the prices are cheaper than most other Chinese places. I am IN. I need to eat good food while getting great value and this place scores. The young lady and her mom who take orders are helpful enough. Don’t expect big, warm smiles–that is not what this place is about. Thankful that they get my orders right and fast, too.
I am glad I rediscovered this place and I recommend it to Chinese food fans who like enjoying their dishes at home. I have their number on my speed dial.

Just tried Wai Wai House and and very happy with a few minor exceptions. I stopped into order Chinese veggies to go. The place had no heat and was freezing! Almost had to wait in my car so I didn’t get frostbite. But it was a short wait… received my veggies, which were moderaterly priced and was home in no time. This generously sized dish was volcanially hot! It was well seasoned – no soy sauce needed. A nice selection of typical veggies (wish some of these places would get a little creative once in a while). White rice included (no brown available). I was able to park right in front but parking is limited. I definately will return to try other dishes (next time wearing extra layers).

Have been ordering here for about a year. And had ALWAYS tipped .
Yesterday I ordered online and I was not able to put a tip in due the tip button being unavailable. The delivery driver arrived and as she’s giving me the food she is telling me that I did not tip, not once but twice i was reminded that there was no tip. I had cash on me which I was going to give her ($15) but ended up giving her $3 instead for the poor attitude and being demanding.
Besides that incident, the food was hot and correct.
